I waited a month since moving to another mailbox location and the difference is REAL, NO MORE LOST PACKAGES, no more customer complaints or searches for lost mail with USPS or "forgotten" texts regarding important arrivals, it doesn't happen anymore. Attitude cost me MONEY, CUSTOMERS, and AGGRAVATION (I think they ripped me off for my business returns that UPS obviously didn't lose) that was unnecessary, and damaged mail shoved into my mailbox. Run for your life if you're considering them for mailbox or shipping services....stick to buying beer there and you'll be fine.
