Andrew was very professional, nice, efficient and made sure I was safe. Of the 5 ppl I spoke with that evening he was the only person asking if I was ok. Andrew is an asset to your company. I contacted Center the next morning for the doughnut tire to be installed so I could drive a few miles to have the tire repaired. I do not remember that young mans name. State PD contacted Untouchable for the tow. Inspecting the area I could not see how the truck could be extracted without further damage to my fence. That being said....... I have to give Kudo's to Matthew, the tow "guy" who showed up with a Untouchable flatbed. Matthew inspected the situation and after hooking up the pick up from a couple differnt areas, artfully first pull the vehicle away from the fence then rehook and pull it away from the tree and onto the flatbed. I cannot speak for any other services that Untouchable but as for towing service (specifically Matthew), I had a 5 star experience and would recommend the service.

When I tried to explain the situation to whomever answered the phone after hours and ask for an owner to discuss the pricing was shut down and he began to act like he was God. Things very quickly went left as I had prescription medication in the car and my son is in the hospital with the driver then refusing to release my vehicle until the next morning, because he didn't "like my attitude". There were about 3 people in front of me but I wasn't there for longer than 20 minutes. The staff was very pleasant. Entering is a bit confusing, the door to the shop is the the right of the gas station kiosk. I wasn't sure where I was going so I asked the women behind and the kiosk and she kindly helped me. My problem was that the gentleman who was doing the emissions tests wasn't wearing a mask and he was going in and out of the shop to get peoples keys and was in close proximity for payment. This made me uncomfortable.

Anthony helped me to contact Honda to reset my radio and drove me to the car rental. Angela set the appointment and answered all my questions. The young woman at the front desk was very reassuring and made the car accident experience oddly pleasant. I had my car back in 5 days. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I will not hesitate to pick R&M for car repair.
