This car hadn't been professionally detailed since we bought it, and Andy absolutely brought it back to life. It honestly looked like it came right off the showroom floor! For $275, the full detail included: Interior * Vacuuming * Carpet and floor mat shampoo extraction * Seats cleaned and sanitized * Door panels and center console cleaned * Trunk cleaned * Interior windows cleaned Exterior * Hand wash * Clay treatment for bugs and road grime * Buffing * Ceramic paint protection * Wheels and tires cleaned * Exterior windows cleaned * Headlights polished Our Kona also had some paint chipping above the windshield, which Hyundai cars are known for, and Andy even touched that up for us and removed the dealer sticker. That extra attention to detail was really appreciated. I thought $275 (+ tip) was a reasonable price. I found some cheaper options, but they didn't include nearly as much as Pristine. My car has been smelling like mildew for a so long and I have not been able to figure out why, I had no idea. I just flipped my mat around to see and they put cleaner on the back side. The vacuum marks are still on my trunk so they did clean my trunk, but the inner side of the mat has mold. I will have to get this professionally cleaned now. Do not go here. Bad cleaners, seems to be no professional cleaning tactics taught. They probably hire just anyone.

The vehicle parts need to be ordered in which will take additional time to be replaced. I also noticed other customers coming in during my encounter concerned with the service they received.
