The windshield washer liquid is basically just water, so it doesn't really do much. The employees also aren't particularly friendly or welcoming. And, honestly, the interior cleaning service needs a LOT of improvement. No offense, but the people cleaning the inside of the cars are doing such a poor job that sometimes it feels like a 5-year-old could do a better job. There's still dirt and areas that clearly haven't been cleaned properly when you get the car back. The car wash itself does a decent job, but even the conveyor belt seems to have issues. It frequently gets stuck, and the employees have to stop and reset it before the cars can continue moving. Overall, I really think this location needs to be updated and better maintained. The actual car wash has potential, but the equipment, interior cleaning service, customer service, and conveyor system all need some serious attention. I hope management takes these complaints seriously because with some improvements, this could be a much better experience. I pay $17 a month which is a decent price.
