There are 3 different plan options as well as a one-time visit option for $125, which is optimal if you're not planning to need continuous hearing services. Dr. Robinson was approachable, a bit quick, but very clear. Frankly, I learned more from her in 20 minutes than I had in the multiple appointments I've had with another practitioner in terms of devices and how the Signia brand works (e.g., many devices can auto-calibrate after a couple of days). She was quickly able to help me out plus give me much-needed background around hearing loss and hearing assistance. While I hope not to need this service again, if I do, I would definitely come back here if I needed to.

I now have a new charger for $250.00 (F%#K that)! I went in today and walked out only with a new bloody charger. The only advantage the new charger is it will work with my soon-to-be-purchase new Costco hearing aids. Biggest drawback, I've already purchased these god damn things. The chocolates and candy out front do not make-up for the chap happening in back. Let me close by saying that I have had to drive 41.3 miles just to do business here. Oh, my left aid just quit again.

All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lena did my treatment. She seemed knowledgeable and told me about options and expectations. We discussed what I wanted done before she started. Room had a tv angled from the ceiling so you can watch it comfortably while laying down. She starts with measurements and pictures, does some markings on the stomach (may not be necessary for other body parts) and then sprays the cold cryo stuff on. That part was pretty quick. Then I laid down and she did my face/neck. When applying a serum + sunscreen afterward, she massaged it in and that was nice and relaxing. She's very gentle and checks in frequently to make sure you feel ok/it's not hurting. Finally, I chose to end with EMS. They described it as vibrations that are equivalent to 1,000 crunches. Another option is to use metal tools similar to a gua sha. Overall, took about 1.5 hrs. Front waiting area is a bit small. Can only fit 4 people sitting, but really just 2 comfortably (2 chairs and 1 small couch). They have a small fridge with waters and some snacks above it. I'm going to wait at least a few days to see if I have any noticeable results. They recommended 10 sessions, which is $2k if booked as a package. While I would love the see the results of that many sessions, it's difficult for me to take off that often from work and have sitters for my kids.. so we'll see. Buuuut, the staff made for an excellent first experience and I would recommend giving them a try (at least for the aesthetics stuff; I can't attest to the dental side). 4.5 stars, but kept it at 4 until I can tell if it was worth $200.

My medication disappeared off of my prescription list back in April. It is now June 30…read more I sent a secure message to my doctor, asking him why it came off of there and that I needed it refilled. My doctor never got back to me. I called on Kaiser Appointments and they sent him at least a couple messages secure messages, straight to his office. Nothing. I made a formal grievance at Kaiser their supervising physician ruled in my favor at least two weeks ago. Nothing happened no medication two months later nothing I called and got two supervisor and a member services today and two CSR's and member services today and my doctors assistant. Do you think I got my medication prescribed properly or refilled the way it's supposed to be? No. My doctor is taken several periods of time off and although they say they have a covering physician it has been since April. Do you know what member services told me today? The two supervisors? The two CSR's? And the doctors assistant? They all told me that they wanted to send them another message about this. Let me let you all know that I have had to file grievances just to get things done that should already be done. I have now had three doctors where you can send them a secure message and they either never get back to you or they take several days and then up to two weeks at times, but my case I haven't gotten a message back about this at all for months. Doesn't it look like Kaiser doesn't even monitor this? Doesn't it look like everything is falling apart and nothing is getting done? Even though they keep charging thousands of dollars for this medical care, I can't get a simple non-narcotic cheap medication that was erroneously taken off of my prescription list two months ago prescribed or refilled. Even after spending 52 minutes on the phone and multiple times where they put me on hold most likely to try to calm me down still nothing. I sit here on my driveway, writing this puzzled, confused, angry, and seriously trying to understand why legal action is not taking against an institution that is able to let stuff slide like this. Why is it? This is not criminal? I just don't understand.

Scam ...Stay away from LaserAway. They claim that CoolSculpting works, but in my experience it did…read morenot work at all. I wasted a lot of money and saw no results. The treatment left my skin numb, irritated, and covered in rashes for months. On top of that, I paid in advance for the applicators, and when I requested a refund, they refused. When I asked why I wasn't seeing any results, they gave the same standard response every time: "Everybody responds differently, so we can't guarantee results." That makes it impossible to hold them accountable. CoolSculpting is very expensive, and I regret spending my money on it. To make matters worse, they stopped answering my calls when I tried to follow up. Based on my experience, I would not recommend LaserAway. Think carefully before spending your money there.
