Spoke to Jessica and she was very sweet and nice on the phone, and was able to get him in that same week, She was just as sweet in person. Then he meet the doctor, Brad, and again was treated very well. Brad explained what he was doing and why he was doing the different test. Brad was funny and treated my husband like an old friend. In just 3 days he got the call that the hearing aid had come in ! So much quicker than we expected ! I was almost as happy as my husband since I no longer had to repeat myself 5 times. We did go back a week later to make sure there was no problems or issues. Jessica was not there, but my husband did get a reminder call the day before from her, again she was very upbeat and nice. Brad was happy to hear that my husband was happy and that I was happy also. The only issue my husband had was that the inside of his ear tickled & itched. Brad told him what to get and that we could go to the drug store or find it on Amazon, which was much cheaper. They had 3 different price ranges, and the screen was free. The whole thing was well worth it for both of us !

I was contacted by there office and made an appointment. My insurance provided me with the referable stating the name, address and phone number. The gentleman making the appointment wanted to make clear of their location at a second floor complex in a retail center. When I arrived the reception person was on a call and it seemed to me to be a personal one because she told her call that she had to go someone came in. I gave my name and what time my appointment was. She told me they don't make appointments before 12 noon. My appointment was at 10 am. She asked my name at least three times and each time I spelled it. She said she had no record of my appointment. I told her I had an email with the confirmation. She shrugged and said I should probably call someone. I did. This person as well was clueless about my appointment. I left and called my insurance company to complain. I was on the phone with them nearly an hour, and they confirmed the location ... but the name of the business was different. I would never in a million years go back to that place simply because of the reception person really not caring at all to help.

We have called 10-15 times leaving messages. When Iloabachie did call back, almost a month after testing, he kept telling hubby that he had a discussion with him that he did not have. Then made excuses for being in surgery and the holidays. Just a horrible doctor. Do not go to him if you want follow through care.

The office staff is rude and will not work with you beyond a 15-minute window...completely unreasonable and unyielding.
