We are completely loyal to her for all of her help and service. I would also like to give a shout out to the other women who have sold us glasses over the years and have provided excellent service too; they still work there too, because they also provide amazing service. Unfortunately, the office manager was not able to assist me in resolving the issue, and her attitude mirrored the unhelpful and dismissive behavior of the front desk team. Dr. Goswami is an excellent provider, and I have always appreciated his care. However, based on my experience, I believe the front office staff and management need to be addressed to ensure that patients are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve!
