I was very pleased here... My car was DIRTY... Hadn't cleaned it for months and one of the months included a move. They took their time to vacuum and clean the inside fully. My mats are finally clean (dry cleaned?), and the outside is shining bright (even after the obligatory rain that comes after you get your car washed). I was worried that the dirt on my car would scratch the paint if it got rubbed in, but this didn't happen. Highly recommend!! 4 stars... Because it's not cheap. And PS anyone interested in a bikini wash- go by there on Wednesdays. read more

I come here every Saturday for the VIP was which is about $40 after taxes. I usually get the upgrade for the leather cleaner and shampooed mats so total comes to about $50. I love this car wash more than others because I have a brand new car and have had bad experiences with car washes that used brushes. There have been scratches and dings on my previous cars. The staff here is very accommodating and polite. I always leave here feeling happy and satisfied with their service. read more

(They spend so much time cleaning and vacuuming my car. ) Every time I leave from "Miracle", I'm so happy! I have bee going here since they opened and the last three times if has been getting progressively worse. My last time they missed taking dirt off the dashboard. I pointed it out and the attendant in the blue shirt laughed. Well I am laughing because I will tell everyone to stay away. Also to note I got the super wash and the colored soap doesn't even come. This place sucks. They charged me for an oversized car and I have a sedan. And he raised the prices. Stay away. My 10 yr old does a better job - wish I could give zero stars. read more

I have been using Miracle for about a year now...while they are more expensive than other places they also spend more time on cleaning the car than the others I've been to. In the end they typically do a little better of a job than the less expensive places. Whether or not that's worth paying $10 more than some other washes is something you'll need to try and see for yourself. I keep going back because I have a convertible and need a good brushless service. read more

I cant believe that this place doesn't have more reviews. I have gone to this car wash a bunch of times and every time has been great. They do a great job and service a wide range of high end cars, as you can see an any day that your waiting. I have always thought that if someone is bringing 250k Bentley to a car wash it has to be better then most. While my car is nowhere near that, I still think that it speaks volumes about the service that this place offers. When I've gotten my car washed at other places, they really don't even compare. read more

I have been coming to this car wash for the last year and a half, so when my birthday came up last Oct, I asked my friends to get me a gift certificate here because I knew I would want to get my new car washed extra special for the summer time. Little did I realize that there is actually an expiration date on the piece of paper!! I only had 5 months to use it and had no idea. I have been there at least three times in the last 6 months but was waiting to use the certificate for when my car got really dirty off-roading in the summer. I pulled out the certificate, saw the expiration date and called to make sure I could use it and they told me no. They already got the money for this piece of paper so I was shocked when they really would not honor it. I even said I could prove I had been there before it expired but was waiting until the summer bc I didn't know it expired. Still said no. So instead of honoring the wash that they already got the money for, they would rather lose a customer. I will definitely be spreading the word. So crazy!!! read more

I have used them before and was always satisfied. Went 2 days ago and a pair of gloves I always keep on the passenger seat disappeared. I searched the entire car and they were nowhere to be found. I went back to the car wash and they looked all over and couldn't find them. I was told that Scott would call me back which he never did. It's not that the gloves were expensive it's the fact that they denied taking them and Scott never called me back. So they will not get my business again nor will I recommend them. read more

I have been coming to this car wash from the day they opened. At first I was very pleased with there services. Which kept me coming back time and time again. Just recently I took my rental car there just after I spilled a full 20oz smoothie all over myself and part of the driver seat and console. Not only did they not understand a word I was saying but eventually I was given an answer, what would i like for them to do about it? I said please clean it up nice. When I got the the car back and sat inside it was as if they had just vacuumed up majority of the mess as you could still see the stain as if no attempt was even made to try and thoroughly clean it up. Very disappointed !!! As I would have expected much more from a place I held such high standards for. I won't be back!!! read more

By far the best hand car wash that truly is a hand wash. Not like some of these other car washes that advertise as a hand wash and use brushes with broom sticks. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and they have never disappointed. The crew works really hard in going over the entire car more than one time even when it is busy!They do the small things that most places ignore and they are always happy and pleasant. Drove all the way here, pulled in at 5:55.. There was a car in front of me. And the washer guy came over to tell me that they close at 6. So I had to reverse out, and leave. Which is so rude, especially Bc they had a car already going thru, what's one more car? And I just drove here from a few towns over..... Never coming back again!! read more

I submitted a review of this business sometime last summer advising not to go there, because the owner was walking around the interior waiting area smoking a cigarette while I waited for my car. I did not want to come out of there smelling like smoke to get into my newly cleaned car. For some reason, my review was deleted and the owner sent me a message through facebook that I'm "obviously an a****** and a moron and "don't want you back ever again. If I do see you back, we will ask you to leave our premises." I posted what he wrote to me in another review and it was removed too for some reason. I see now he has done this to other reviewers. I'd suggest not using his business considering he's going to retaliate against customers whose reviews he doesn't like. Shame on Yelp for censoring my reports. Hoping this one stays on the page, and Mr. Gruber, please don't contact me with your abusive remarks again. I will NOT be back to your car wash, don't worry about that. read more

I have being going to this place for years and for the most part have been satisfied. The only problem I have had is in the winter time when no soap comes out of the car wash and they are basically washing your car with water and rubbing the dirt into the paint. This also happen to me last year but, I never have this problem in the summertime. read more
