The wash bays aren't simple, or maintained much. Decent price if you want to spray down road salt and grime, or a quick touch less wash. I wouldn't use the brushes, and haven't used them. I go here for a dust off and quick shine up. The wash hay I used wasn't working and the machine charged my card and ended the timer. Ended up paying cash for tokens and essentially paid double, currently disputing the credit card charge. read more

5th time deciding to give this place "another" chance. never again. self service always has at least 2/3 functions that do not work. Today I went in and asked for the manager. The manager comes out and says no one manages that. I ask so no one manages the self service? He says yeah nobody bothers with that. I informed him that it's illegal to knowingly offer services for money with the knowledge that the service will not be fulfilled.. He laughed and says let me show you how it works. I told him I'm not stupid, I know how to push a button, yet he insisted. So I then follow him out to the bay and show him that the pre-soak, tire soak, and foam gun. Do not work. He holds the foam 6 inches from my car and it splatter tiny until it eventually runs down and he says see it works. We then move onto tire shine/tire soak, he holds the gun on my tire and rim for no less than four minutes with zero soap zero color other than a tiny trickle of running out the end of the wand and states yet again see it works, at this point I'm laughing uncontrollably. I offered to show him videos of prior washes, showing multitudes of colored foam shooting out and my rims covered in green or orange soap and he just laughed and says it's working fine. I informed him I do not want anything, I do not want any more of their stupid coins, I just wanted them to know that they defrauding the public. . Save your time and and do not go to this place unless you just want strictly water, barely shooting out of the wand that will not clean your vehicle in anyway. Ultimately, I had to soak the car down with the water that was supposed to be soap, then switch over to the brush and scrub it with a brush in order to get soap on the vehicle, then rinse it off again. No tire no pre-soak no foam nothing. Yet Marcus, the "manager" thought it was funny and informed me that no one manages the self-service. I tried to contact the owner, Andrew, but his number is not published anywhere and they informed me that he is never there in order for me to talk to him as well. Andrew, if you're listening, your employees are either a incompetent and not following procedures to ensure the public is getting the service they are paying for, or be flat out don't care. interior and exterior car wash. I had 4 people with towels working on my car after it went through machine. They neglected wiping the front of my car. Dirt and grime that was not tended to. They were fast to help their friend whose car was behind me. Sooo attentive. I called a person over to show them that the service wasn't complete. He went to get a new spray bottle and completed the task. Why do I need to tell the workers to do the job? I gave him an extra cash tip thinking he webt above and beyond. I work for a driving school and bought a monthly exterior only pass for $34.99. Seems like a good value since I get 3-4 washes a month. An interior vacuum is $8. You could probably do it yourself for a couple bucks. Attendants are always attentive. read more

Ive been using the self service wash for years. A couple of months ago the water pressure and amount of soap decreased to be half of what it used to be. Current setup doesn't get the job done well. Air dry doesn't work in every stall. Unfortunately you can't gauge water pressure or amount of soap until you pay to use. I hope they go back to what they used to be and up the quality. I asked the guy to wipe the windshield, he gave me an attitude and wiped 1/4 of the inside of the windshield. Almost $40 and I have to clean the car myself. I went on Dec 23 for a vip wash paid for it and then went togo watch the car go threw the wash and notice the was no soap coming out so I went and told the guy at the register and he said he would check. After a few min he came back and said the pipes where frozen. I told him how can you charge for a wash when your not using soap just hot water. He said quiet. Then I responded why should I pay for a service that u didn't provide?. He said he would give my a partial refund witch was bs. So a few days later the refund was another charge. I have been going here periodically Since my first review seem to have changed hands a few times but one thing has stayed the same is that their car wash operation sucks! I've given it several chances over the past two or three years and each time I'm disappointed with the quality price and service that I get. Today I paid for a $35 car wash to find my leather seat scratched, My mats that were supposed to have been washed we're not even vacuumed and the interior of the vehicle trunk area had dirt still in it not even touched by the vacuum cleaner. I attempted to address the situation and was told to wait for the manager who never showed up I was then told I could go around the back and deal with it with the manager whom I could not find, and or wait on line just to show what happened. I asked for a refund or a credit or partial credit all of which I was told they are not able to do. Paid $30 for the "Texas Special", which apparently only includes a mediocre job on the exterior (which is odd since it's not a hand-wash place) and literally no effort put into the interior. Didn't vacuum the interior, floor mat covers were just as filthy as they were when I pulled up. Just spent an hour wiping down the interior - something they should have done. This place is THE WORST!!!!!!! I figured I'd check it out (it's totally renovated and under new ownership) and the $32 VIP (or whatever it's called) was just so pathetic. I never really complain about services- I just don't ever return but the "car wash" service I received infuriated me. I could barely control myself- I HAD TO COMPLAIN. That's just how pissed I was and I felt as if somebody robbed me right in front of my eyes and I do NOT like that feeling. First of all, when you pull up, you're harangued into why you should get the most expensive option! My car was pretty dirty so I did get the $32 option. I asked the guy if he worked on commission- that's how aggressive he is. My car was done in 15 minutes. I walked over to the car, popped the trunk open and the pine needles from my Christmas wreath were still there. I called over someone who looked like he might be in charge and right away, he blames the guys in front for not vacuuming. Then, I point out the dirty driver and passenger side doors that still had dirty footprints on them. There were so many things wrong- the worker seemed so disinterested in satisfying THIS customer. He acted like I was bothering him. The owner (a short Asian guy) walked passed me and saw (and probably heard) what I was telling the worker and he just kept on walking. What a waste of money. I went there yesterday and got the "VIP" package. Well there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING VIP about it. They didn't dry my vehicle OR wipe/ clean my rims. I had to grab a towel and do it myself while the employees watched. It was mind blowing, I go inside to speak to the manager and his response was a blank stare. Signed up for the unlimited monthly washes since I have clients in my car frequently. They shut down the wash for multiple days and kept telling me to come back later or the next day which I did until I ran out of time and had to use their self wash, which had its own issues like the dryer not working. The next time I went I asked the about a refund for the self service since I'm a monthly user and it was their machines not working. The staff member told me he wouldn't not refund and they couldn't serve paying customers at that time. I guess they do not view their monthly members as customers and I will be canceling my membership. read more

Been coming here since they opened. Something's changed in the last few months. I went to a Kesha concert last week so naturally my car is covered in glitter. I pointed that out to the guy right before they vacuumed and asked they make sure to get all of the glitter. I did a quick look before leaving and it seemed fine. When I got home I did a more extensive look and noticed there was still a ton of glitter everywhere. They did a terrible job!! Never going back again. read more

Got an exterior wash and I was in a hurry. There was no line and the car got clean with no damage. The employees also dried it off nicely. My only complaint was that I had to park the car and get out to go pay inside. There should be someone collecting on the line. read more
