When I walked in, two employees (both with red hair) were sitting at the counter on their phones. Neither one looked up, acknowledged me, or offered assistance. The previous staff used to be incredibly professional, but the current team lacks basic customer service skills. After walking around without anyone offering to help, I decided to leave. On my way out, I overheard the same two employees gossiping to other customers, bragging about how they "got the manager fired." This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I have already reported this incident to corporate and will not be returning to this location. Bad hiring choices have ruined a once-great store.

He also let me know about other vitamins that were flying off the shelves and discounts on others. He was professional and super sweet and knowledgable.
