Miracle Method has updated and changed our 3 bathrooms 2 different times over the last 25 -30 years. Each time the service has been exceptional, as well as the work. When we first encountered Miracle Method we'd bought a new home that blue and tan bathrooms. They updated those bathrooms to white. Held up for many years. Getting ready to sell the house Called MM again. Brandon, the manager, handled all the details of colors and cost. Dennis came out did the work of refinishing the areas with wear and tear. When we requested the estimate after the home visit, we were referred to another office, with no explanation. So happy I decided to have my bathtub and wall surround refinished. It was badly stained and very ugly. I was considering having it replaced until I stumbled across Miracle Method. It was about 1/4 the price of my replacement quotes and took about 6-7 hours on day 1 and about 1-2 hours on day 2. The only downside was the strong outdoor but thats only temporary. Just had 2 fiberglass shower stalls from the late 1970s refinished by this company (the Santa Rosa branch). They look amazing! Benjamin (mentioned in a couple of other reviews) did the work and he was professional, competent, and very, very nice. I was very comfortable having him in my house (and he was even friendly to my doggies). The person I dealt with on the phone was also thorough, friendly, and efficient. There were no "surprises" or hidden costs, and her explanations were very helpful and accurate. The price was very reasonable for the work done. What could have been a one or two star experience became a five star's. Let me explain: Although super nice and punctual, the guy who came to do the job didn't really know what he was doing; as a result, the finish was grainy, and, after a week, there was some chipping. Ouch! Then, came the owner Dennis. After inspection, he said he would come back and fixed the problem. It took him two half days to completely refinish the tub... with a smile. Nothing else to add. Top notch service!!! Benjamin showed up rite at 9am as promised, very nice gentleman, wore his mask at all times. He explained everything he was doing, very respectful of the inside of our house, used tarps, plastic curtins, fans. The old pink bathtub is now Gloss White and looks better than new. This is our second tub and shower refinished coating and it turned out beautifully. I saved the property owner an expensive renovation at a fraction of the cost. These guys are awesome!!! Wonderful customer service. I purchased a home and the seller failed to disclose there was a hole in the tub that I did not know was there until I was about to move in. Despite their booked schedule they were able to quickly get me in for an estimate and my repair was scheduled within days. I was unable to move in until it was fixed because I only had one bath/shower and these guys made it happen and I was able to keep my move date as scheduled. My tub was cracked and gross from years of use by my boys. I got estimates for both a new tub and refinishing. Refinishing was about half the price, so it won. The technician arrived on time, as promised. He spent two days stabilizing, repairing and refinishing not only the tub, but the dated tile surround. After my neighbor showed me the Miracle Method work that had been done to her kitchen counters, I contacted Miracle Method for an estimate and subsequent contract to refinish the counters in my two bathrooms and kitchen. First, Sue and Leslie greeted my many questions and emails warmly and knowledgeably. Second, Dennis came to my home to measure and quote the work. He too was friendly and efficient. Lastly, the person who refinished the counters, Eric, was super-courteous, conscientious, and extremely accommodating during the work process, working well with the two plumbers who were removing the sinks and faucets while Eric was prepping. During the entire process, Eric kept me informed of each step in the process, the expected result, and the approximate length of time each would take. When the job was completed, Eric left my home much cleaner and tidier than when he first arrived - it was a pleasure working with him - and my counters look brand new. These guys are awesome. I had a very ugly, old, dirty, yellow bathtub and really wanted to switch it out for a clean new white one. But our tub was long, deep, and cast iron. It would have been thousands of dollars to replace. Instead we had Miracle Method come out and refinish the tub. We have used Miracle Method several times over the years with great success. Last summer we had a tub enclosure refinished in a rental we own. There were a couple of issues we wanted the repairman to address. Well he returned today and turned out to be a complete jerk. He was smirking and making smart ass comments that were disrespectful to my wife and me about the things we were concerned with. When I suggested that his attitude was inappropriate he got worse. So much for customer service. I invited him to leave and never come back. I would strongly urge you to use another vendor. read more
