They texted back and requested pictures (no problems so far) After receiving the quote I called them to make an appointment. They told me I could not make an appointment until I had signed the 'legally binding contract' on the email and a $50 deposit was required. I called them at that point to check availability and was told that you have to sign the contract BEFORE an appointment can be made. In other words you lose $50 if the appointment they offer you doesn't fit in with your schedule. I do not know how much this company has made charging $50 deposits and then pocketing them but to say the least this is sharp business practice.

This meant that they had to remove a lock from the gate to my backyard in order to get to my detached garage in the backyard to treat it (Which the technician said he did exactly). The technician said it was bleach and "something else that I dont know". So I have no idea if it was harmful to my dog. the company is expecting me to pay all of the bill except about 100$ that they took off to compensate for entering without permission and exposing my dog.
