The second time was this past Sunday, March 1st. When we parked and I started wiping my truck down, I noticed my sunroof visor/deflector had snapped on both ends. I immediately filed an incident report and was contacted Tuesday by the manager Chelsea. Unfortunately, I was told that because of things like weather, wear and tear, and my vehicle being a 2017, they "usually don't cover" items like that. For context, my truck is kept under a carport and isn't exposed to direct sunlight or harsh weather that would cause something like that to suddenly snap. And the deflector has been in place for 4-5 years with no other issues.  I've always been someone who keeps a carwash membership and takes good care of my vehicles. I actually switched to Tiki when they first opened, but after this experience and the lack of responsibility taken for the damage, I've cancelled my membership and will be going back to the carwash I previously used without any issues.

I decided on a full inside/outside detail, and the young man and his coworker got to work immediately- one tackling the driver side and the other the passenger side- with their canister vacuums. It was like a synchronized assembly line- each mirrored the other in the most efficient, yet detailed, cleaning I've ever seen at a car wash. After 10 minutes of vacuuming and washing (yes, soap and water) my rubber floor mats they pulled my car into the old garage. They continued the clean including a thorough wash, all windows, and a waxing by hand. My car was then moved through the garage to the front of the building- clean and ready to be driven away. Or so I thought. An older gentleman (I'm assuming the owner) came out of the garage and inspected behind his two employees' work. He made two trips around the car- they put some extra attention into a few spots, re-shined one of my tires (which looked fine to me) and then gave my car one more inspection before coming to me for the final approval. It's no exaggeration that my car has never been more clean & shining than it is right now. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and end result of this very unassuming place (it's appearance doesn't match its product). Rather than open the gate and have the customer pull inside, the customer service rep continued to do the admin stuff right there. 16 minutes before I was able to leave. Note to the business manager: You have enough room to allow customers who want memberships to pull inside so the lane is not blocked. Suggest you do that rather than hold non-members who just want to get a car wash hostage. You lost two customers and two cars today (my wife and I). Long story short: Their car wash broke my drivers side mirror assembly almost $400 to replace…read more After jerking me around for over three months they finally tell me they will not honor my claim. Detailed story: I went through this car wash in late April. When I exited it was apparent that my driver side mirror assembly was broken. I immediately went inside and spoke with the leadership. The local manager and the district manager were both on site. The district manager thought I was someone else who has also had their mirror damaged. An employee said that damage to vehicles was not uncommon. When it was explained that the damage had just happened. I was told to fill out a form and that I would need two quotes for them to pay for the repair. I did and within the week I had the quotes delivered to the local manager. At that time I was told it averaged about two weeks to receive a check. However they recently began mailing them to the car wash instead of the vehicle owners so it may take longer. A two weeks later I go to the car wash to ask about the status of my claim. The manager is called as there was none on site. I am told that the delay was due to the district manager being on vacation. And that my claim was waiting on him to return so that he could submit it. I return the next week and am told that it was submitted and I should have the check in about two weeks. I returned in two weeks to ask about my claim. The district manager was there and tells me that I actually need to submit three quotes. And that my claim was never submitted. I reminded him that he was there with the local manager when I was told two quotes. And if that was the case why was I not notified of this weeks ago. His response was the standard apology and that he thought the local manager had let me know. A few days later I received a phone call from the local manager letting me know that because my vehicle is older than ten years they would not be honoring my claim. According to your website "if damages exceed $1000, 2 estimates are needed" It cost almost $400 to replace my mirror assembly. Beware of this place. This location is not in the BBB but then all of the Whistle Express car washes that are, are rated F.

I didn't notice it until I came home. I returned to the Greenclean on the same day around 7pm to let the workers know. They were completely apologetic and told me they noticed about an hour after I left that it wasn't working. They kept apologizing as if it was their fault to the point I started feeling bad that I came through to complain lol. However, the two young guys sent me through the washer again and told me if it didn't work this time he would get some tire shine and apply it himself. Which he ended up doing because the roller got caked up and didn't distribute the tire shine properly. Long story short I think these two guys did a phenomenal job at trying to rectify the situation and customer service was world class to be so young. I appreciate their service.

Several of the vacuums are either off, broken or very little suction from the hoses. Employees block the exit from the wash leaving very little room to drive around to the vacuum cleaners.
