It all started when the Ford dealer in town wouldn't service my 1992 F-150 because it was 'too old' according to them. Dave and his team figured out the issue got it running again and without charging an arm and leg. I have been taking my vehicles to him ever since. He has taken excellent care of my latest vehicle 2007 Ford Expedition with 175K+ miles and every time there is an issue he's on it and if it isn't fixed the first time he will take it back in and make it right. I have only trusted one other mechanic this much and he lives in San Diego, so he is my guy on the east coast. My sister was having issues with her car and being overcharged at the dealer and he has taken excellent care of her and her car. Dave and his team are hard working and honest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I will always believe that all mechanics are absolute crooks and I wouldn't recommend a single one to anybody. I'd recommend getting a new car, change oil regularly and avoid mechanics at all cost. I had already picked up a replacement alternator on my way in, since it would've taken a couple of days to source one locally--unfortunately, once Blake's team began the work, they discovered the part was broken. They immediately called me, and because of their quick communication, I was able to drive an hour away, pick up another alternator, and get it back to the shop the same afternoon. They recommended Blackhawk tires and quoted me $620 for the tires, mounting, and installation. During the call, they also required a $50 deposit, which immediately seemed unusual. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told it would be quite a while before they could get to my vehicle. I also discovered they were charging $135 per tire for the same tire that other shops were selling for around $80. At that point, I decided not to proceed and asked for my $50 deposit back so I could take my business elsewhere. The owner refused to refund the deposit. Between the excessive pricing, the wait time despite having an appointment, and the refusal to return my deposit, my experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this business.
