We were vacating a home that we rented. We had Miracle Workers come in and clean the kitchen, 2 full baths, and all the windows inside and out through our 1700 sq. foot home rental (3 bed, 2 bath). The owner of the company came out to give me an estimate. She was a bit on the grouchy side, and was not too good with listening to me (I told her 3 times that I only wanted the kitchen and baths done but she kept walking through my house telling me all they were going to do... finally she asked why she was looking at the whole house and I just answered "I have no idea:). So the owner is a little strange but you have to get past that. Miracle Workers did a really great job!!! The oven in the rental did not have a self-cleaning option, so the two women who came to clean the house had to scrub it out by hand... we all know what an immense pain that is! I had toilet rings in the toilets, and some serious grime at the bottom of the shower (yes I had neglected some cleaning a couple weeks before the move!). I had personally cleaned the rest of the home and garage. Their only job was the kitchen, baths, and windows. When I walked into the rental home after they had done their work I was AMAZED!!! They did an incredible job! The home smelled of a pleasant cleaner. When the cleaners got done with the window's in each room they vacuumed it again!! I was not expecting that!!! It looked so much better than when I had moved in! The kitchen... it looked brand new. I could not believe what they did with the oven. This stove has one of those electrical tops that is not flat. So you have to get in and clean each of the burners and under the burners. It looked BRAND NEW!!! They really are miracle workers!! The floors looked great, they had cleaned in every single cabinet and drawer. Really great work!! Bathrooms... once again looks brand new! I don't know how they do it!! The toilets and shower and bath looked immaculate. They did a seriously amazing job. I would totally use this company again. As for responsiveness and timing, I had called this company 2 days before we needed this done (it was a last minute decision) and they fit us in. They were on time to our home, my husband who was letting them in was late. When he got to the home they were already working on washing the windows outside the home. My husband and I were seriously impressed with their work ethic. As for price I can't really say if it was good or not. We paid $250 for the work done. We hired Miracle Workers for a deep clean of our home. Upon initially entering our home, it looked lovely. We were happy with what was done. However, as night wore on, we noticed many things which were not addressed. The kitchen sink was not cleaned. Floors were not mopped; paint from my toddler painting the prior day was still on the floor. Shelves were not dusted. Top of the fridge was untouched with the exception of the finger line from the owner checking it upon her visit for assessment/pricing. In addition to things such as this not being addressed, three window blinds were either broken or damaged. My husband emailed the owner that night (Monday; today is Friday) and she has not felt the need to respond. We are unimpressed with this company. We will not recommend this agency to our friends nor use them again. read more

This woman is not only rude but they do not clean well. I would highly recommend choosing another company. This company was contracted by my realtor to clean the vacant house we were purchasing. A move in cleaning, including cubbards and windows. They charged 460.00 for an empty 2600 sq foot house. When we got here, the windows were still dirty, the insides of the cubbards had not been wiped out, there were hundreds of bugs in the cubbards above the stove, the exterior of the cubbards were covered in dust, there was a dead wasp in the sink, cobwebs on the wood stove and dust bunnies in the shower. I called the owner Bonnie and explained this to her. She told me "you have a problem lady" and said her workers spent 50 hours cleaning my empty 2600 sq foot house. Ridiculous. I asked her to come out and see what I was talking about and she said her time was too valuable for that. She eventually, after insulting me several times, said she would make arrangements for someone to come out and finish the job. I did not hear from her after a week went by. I sent her 300 dollars, a fair assessment of the work that I guess had been completed with a note at the bottom of the check stating balance to be paid upon completion of work. About a week after that she sent a certified letter threatening to send me to collections if I didn't pay the remaining 160.00 - I called and left her a message reminding her she was going to send someone to finish the work. She never called back. Eventually I had to get my realtor involved and they are paying her the 160.00 - money she does not deserve. read more

Can't believe that I went with this company. Interviewed three cleaning companies and choose the wrong one. They came to do a deep cleaning to part of my home. They left with half done, the counters looked clean but were not, they did get two out of three toilets clean, but did not touch the third one at all. I never thought the wall paper in the master bath was dirty till they so called cleaned it, now there's dirt marks all over it. They dusted around most of my stuff and left lots of dust behind. I saw them so call clean my dinning table, well I thought that's what they were doing, but it's dirty. I had to finish wiping out my oven since it was not complete. The owner Bonnie had shown me while she was giving me a bid how her staff would even clean under my microwave. I checked and they did not. They basically tried to make it seem to be cleaned without doing all the real work. There are still cobwebs where they said they would take care of them. My kitchen cabinet doors are still dirty. The blinds and windows in the breakfast area were never done. The agreement was to oil all furniture and rails on the main floor but many times they just used a micro cloth even though it was specific. They cleaned the floor with a vinager solution on my wood floors which made them muddy looking, not clean, just to name a few. I also saw that my couch was moved over about two feet to the left so I slid it back to the original spot to find a scratch about 2 feet long by and inch wide while they were here and pointed it out to them. This scratch is a square shape and my couch has round legs with rubber on the end. They even took pictures and were concern. When the owner of the company was informed she said she was not going to do anything about it along with refusing to send me a copy or give any info on her General Liability Insurance. They charged me for the full amount and have claimed they're refunding half. I will dispute half of the full charge which is so fare! read more
