Instead of feeling heard or respected as a customer, I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I would not return or recommend this salon. When she washed her hair the next day, her ends were clearly burned--likely why it was curled to hide the damage. When she called to speak to the manager, Ashley called back instead, became defensive, and accused her of lying. The manager later said she "understood both sides" but still told her she was no longer welcome--just for asking for a refund on a service she didn't want. They refunded the haircut, but the way they handled it was unprofessional and dismissive. Definitely not what you'd expect from a "high-end" salon!
