Terrible I asked for a seven guard while she did like a two guard and made me have a buzz cut on the side. Also, I asked if my bangs could go down to my eyebrows which unfortunately did not it mostly ended up on the top of my head, which wasn't bangs anymore. I truly am disappointed you guys. read more

I visited this Supercuts on the first day that Oregon opened up hair salons. I had gone two months without a haircut and I was one of the first customers. I was concerned about COVID 19 precautions but my fears we're put to rest. The door was locked and the receptionist came out to greet me. She confirmed I had an appointment, asked a few health related questions and was allowed in. Even though I had my own face mask, I was asked to wear one they provided. The haircut went without a hitch and I was soon on my way. This was safer than shopping at large grocery store. Everything was sanitized and everyone wore a face mask. Great experience! I attempted to go in there and get a hair cut at about 5:55 pm some women ran and locked the door before I reached the door and there temporarily hours say till 6:00pm I know it's late but some of us work all day . So the next day I come even earlier at 5:48 all the light are off no one to be seen this place could care less to get any business! My husband has come here a few times and it's always hit or miss (mostly miss), but he's not picky. They've raised their prices almost double of what it used to be and it is not worth it! I also hate to say this but the woman who cut his hair the past two times, he said her fingers smelt unmistakably like punany. won't be going there anymore. read more

Was in town running errands and saw Super Cuts with the sign out front saying Walk-Ins Welcome. When I attempted to see about getting in I was told I needed an appointment. I called before to see if any of the employees were comfortable with doing a low skin fade. The lady said yes everyone is very experienced with skin fades. I show up and the lady had to ask me how to do it then when I get back home the fade wasn't even down to skin. I'm not upset that she messed it up I'm upset that she clearly lied about being experienced. Definitely never going back and going to let everyone know to stay clear of this place. Someone I know called the Albany Supercuts to make an appointment for a haircut, so they would know they could get in. Supercuts claims to take walk ins, but they were burnt before by being turned away or getting bitched at for not making an appointment. So they made a specific appointment time. The gal answering the phone told them they got them down for that time (I might add that the gal wanted them to come that day, and they had to tell them no, that's not what they wanted). When the day came, they showed up on time. When they entered Supercuts, the gal doing this guy's hair gave them a blank look and said hello, but nothing else. The person I know sat there for over 25 minutes while this gal fussed over the guy's haircut, asking him at almost every juncture if it was right. During this time, the hairstylist actually had the audacity to tell the person I know that she might not get to them!!! When they told her they had a 7:30 appointment, she looked it up and told them nothing was in their system--much to the shock and dismay of the person I know. The person I know felt rightfully upset about this, since they had been told that the they had got down that time. Finally, the stylist got done with the guy she was working with and told the person I know they were ready for them. However--it was 10 to 8, and the hairstylist had the audacity to tell them that she had to do it quickly because the shop closed at 8!!! Needless to say, they were NOT happy about this and was quite miffed about it, considering it wasn't their fault this had happened. And the final slap on the face was that the only compensation they were given after being put through all of this was only a measly $2 off the price of the haircut!!! I will end this by telling you that the person I know is female. She, for obvious reasons, concluded that she was mistreated and not listened to was because she was female and they were all being catty towards her. The guy ahead of her got the royal treatment every step of the way, while, for only showing up on time for the appointment they told her she had made, she got crapped on. The moral of this story is: guys, get your hair done here--while women, go find a male barber, because they won't take you seriously at Supercuts. read more

Kat is a single mom who demands everything be tailored to her standards. I usually get my hair cuts here. Always OK. Some of the staff is friendly, some not, but hair cut always just fine. My hair is very curly and thinner in my old age, but I always leave the shop happy. No complaints. That's why I go back. Reasonably priced. They don't push products on you. They give me a discount because I'm "silver" and treat me with respect. read more

I scheduled an appointment and called them to let them know I would be a few minutes late as I am new to town and got a bit turned around and lost. I was less than 5 minutes away and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude because they have "other customer waiting". Clearly they don't need my business so I canceled. I had a photo shoot for a professional head shot and wanted a quick trim a few hours before. I understand and appreciate other people's time but this was just down right bad customer service. Last stylist chair on the left. Worst haircut ever I told her I had a cowlick, "Oh I have cut your cowlick already" was her response. She cut it all right, my supposed Pixie cut now looks like a stalled hurricane where my cowlick is. No way to hide it until my hair grows. I ask for a short wispy bang under a longer bang so I could style a side swept bang with the shorter wispy ones showing. She chopped them all to a inch and a half. I asked to have a little texturing and got none. One star is to generous, if I was an Ostrich I would hide my head in the sand, but I work with the public and I will be sharing with customers and coworkers alike my horrible experience at Supercuts. read more

The absolute worst. I got my hair cut here, and recieved the worst possible cut. I asked for a straight cut, and for it was choppy, uneven, almost went into a u-shape. I honestly dont know how the dresser got her license, or even how she keeps her job. I had to go to another place and spend way more money to get it to look good. Honestly? Look up a tutorial on youtube cut it yourself and you would get a better result. I think any cut you get here is a waste of money, regardless of what stylist is doing it, over all supercuts is a bad place to go. read more
