I asked for a trim on my hair as the ends tend to split a lot. Came in 10 mins till closing and asked for a quick trim only nothing else and that is what I got. Ricky did a great job who I later found out is the new manager. Told them how I liked the aura/ vibe of the set up. There wasn't hospital lighting or unwanted customer service at my late convenience will come back again. read more

amazing and fast. Juni (y'all man with dreads) was sooo nice. everyone in there has very good people skills. he also cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I said I wanted two inches off and he actually showed me how much that was so I could make the right decision. needless to say we decided on 1inch trim. Absolutely horrible. The "manager" cutting my hair wouldn't listen to me, kept interrupting me and talking over me when I showed him what I wanted, then told me when I was upset that i didn't know what I wanted. When interrupting me; it was not even about hair related stuff, about how covid is made up. He kept pulling his mask down to show me his beard, then went right back to touching my hair. All I wanted was a fringe trim, and I don't even have bangs!! I just wanted to not have to do my own hair on top of my husband, kids, and everyone else! I have been in the beauty industry long enough to know that they do not follow health code. No strip between the cape he used on the next person too. He never cleaned his hands after helping other people and was the most unprofessional hair stylists I've ever met. I am on hold with corporate right now also you should probably clean up, because I'm calling the health department. read more

Do yourself a favor and just pay a little extra and go somewhere else. They just don't pay their employees good enough to attract highly skilled stylists. My hair is constantly butchered every so often and it's not worth saving a few extra dollars. read more

Well Great clips saved the day for me. I first went to Mastercuts and they massacred my hair. Literally I could have done better if I had done it myself. My hair stylist was very friendly and worked with me through the disaster that was currently on my head. I will be back. Reading the previous reviews about Great clips I was a little leery but I then realized that the negative ones are women who are going to a chain place... really ladies you should spend the extra money and go to a salon. read more

Great price for haircuts. I bring my two girls here and we always leave happy. I understand it can be hit and miss depending on who the stylist is, but all the ladies have been very nice and my girls always leave looking amazing. We always do the online check in and have never had to wait very long. The salon is always very clean too. read more

I have had 2 bad experiences in a row at my local Great Clips location. A few weeks ago I got a haircut and wasn't satisfied. The stylist didn't listen to to what I wanted and left the bangs way too long. That is understandable and forgivable as I may not have voiced what I wanted enough. Today, I went back for another  haircut and was satisfied with the haircut, it was what happened after that will have me seeking another place for future haircuts. Throughout my haircut my stylist talked poorly of her former coworkers and the owner of the location. She did listen to what I wanted in a haircut and performed pretty well, however the bangs aren't very straight. After my haircut I went to pay, my bill was $18.00 and I paid with a $20. As my stylist was giving me the change, and I started to leave, she began to make sarcastic comments about my generosity and how my tip pays for her groceries. I let those go and continued to walk out, at which point I hear her say "mother fucker" under her breath as I left. Needless to say, I will no longer be going to Great Clips for a haircut at any point in the future. I declined a receipt, so I don't remember her name. I bring my kiddo here for hair cuts. Online check-in is a nice feature, but it's starting to become a necessity or you'll be waiting much longer. It's nice that they take notes on the cuts you normally get, but it really depends on who you get. For some reason they all have a different idea what the notes translate into what haircut you want. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. My haircut is always fine but for some reason today I took my two boys in for haircuts. One came out looking like a lego man that was thrown in the garbage disposal. The other looked like his hair wasn't even cut. When I asked they said they did use the same guides as last time. I just left and didn't bother trying to get it fixed. Worst haircut EVER. I saw Sicily and she was the absolute worst of the worst. In my opinion she was arrogant and abrupt. All she wanted to do was cut my hair three inches shorter than I asked her. She was very reassuring yet she did everything crooked and wiped out two years of grow out. I cannot believe these type of people are "qualified" to cut our hair. I got a coupon in the mail so I decided to try it out. The price was fine but my hair is not. Kory did my hair I asked for layers but she doesn't know how to do them. I don't know weather to just go to a different place and get it cut again or just wear it in a ponytail for the next few months. Very unprofessional and rude manager. Went in to check out the place for the first time and get a haircut. They wanted my full name, address and phone number so that they could put my "personal information into their system." I said that I didn't really want to be in their system, and the person at the computer asked the manager (owner?) to come over and handle me. She was patently unfriendly and said they couldn't serve me unless I gave her all the personal information she wanted. I asked why not, and she couldn't do any better than, "because that's how it is." I turned and walked away, and I will not be back. In today's age of hacked accounts and ridiculous data dumps, there is simply no way I am giving anything but a first name to a cut-rate, 2nd class hair salon. Went in to get my haircut a couple weeks ago. Before I could even check in I was approached by a rude employee. I'm not sure of her name as I did not stay long enough to find out. But she has black short hair, fat, and was wearing an excess of make up. She didn't greet me just automatically looked at me and said "phone number" then instead of listening answered a question someone asked her in the background. I was astonished that someone was so rude. So I decided to leave. As I turned to walk away I could hear her using swear words in the background. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Took my boys to get there hair trimmed "note I said trimmed" today, and they came out looking like a blind person did there hair. My older son has medium length skater hair with a natural wave.... Travis "the hair stylist" cut his bangs straight across and about an inch above the eyebrows... but left the sides looking like wings??? Terrible terrible job will never take them back...
