This one seemed good then I had trouble signing in it was probably user error and it was late in the evening, so I called the phone number in the website and a very polite young woman answered She was very polite and what is more she helped me get signed on and told me I could call back if needed This is impressive these days you can't even get a human to answer the phone Well, I got everything in just by midnight and I checked the next day and Maurrice answered the phone. He was very polite. Couldn't follow up yet because it takes a couple days for the DMV to note that you got your paperwork in well. I did follow up when he asked me to and he got right back to me and told me everything I've been taken care of . The course itself is definitely doable. I highly recommend this TRAFFIC SCHOOL .

My first phone call could've taken 10 or 15 min to book, but she repeats herself, tries to plan lessons around her own doctor's appt, and second guess time you choose!!! That first phone call took 40 min to complete. My son decided on one of the lessons to cancel himself (which he was in trouble for) and their cancellation fee is $100!!!!!! Outrageous!! There are doctors office that charge way less than that. When we tried to reschedule that last appt to complete the course she was rude, condescending, and snarky! I was tempted to start fresh with a different company! Absolutely maddening. The drive Jaime was ok, pleasant to chat with on the first lesson but then repeated himself and had nearly the same conversation as the first ride. They both seem to be in there 80's which is maybe just a little too old to be in the game! *******AVOID THIS PLACE*********

Well after not being able to drive for 3 years after my brain surgery i decided to give driving a shot with the "driving program" at a local hospital which turned out to be a SCAM because the "therapist" never even took me behind the wheel after a 6 month program (BEFORE THE DRIVE TEST). So at the time my parents helped me find this place , a place that would work with someone with a disability and it just so happened to turn out that Jim Gleason pulls up and we had a little reunion with my parents after literally not seeing Jim since I was like 17! I am 40 now. Anyway point here is that Jim is SO patient and motivating and more than that he's understanding . Just wanted to boast about this man because this is the 2nd time in a span of around 23 years that he helped me regain my freedom , confidence , a job and because of him I am able to drive to work church or where ever I need to be! THANK YOU JIM I'll never forget you. I came on here 9 YEARS later because someone on the SM community page is asking for recommendations for a good driving school and so I had to show some love. I understand they could be busy or fully enrolled, but at the very least someone could send a one sentence email saying they are full. Extremely disappointing communication, which is too bad because it looks like a lovely place.

You do not have to fit into a cookie cutter schedule, ours went from M, Th, F to 5 days a week. They have early drop off (at 7AM) and pick up as late at 6PM! There was a leadership change recently and the staff handled it amazingly. The New Director, Ms. Suzette, is so on top of it, she is super approachable, gives us multiple notices about upcoming events so we don't miss out and has even started a Teacher of the Month program. For a group of people who already had great morale, she has made the team even stronger! Our son is very kind and somewhat timid when you first meet him. Ms. Kylee has made him feel confident and comfortable trying and doing new things. Watching him grow in her class has been amazing! He has come home using sign language, singing songs, teaching us how to do yoga and so much more. She even helped us on his potty training journey! When we do things as a family on the weekend, he always says he wants to tell Ms. Kylee when he goes back to school "tomorrow". Even the owner, Ms. Segal, has taken the time to get to know us and has really helped us get comfortable quickly. As a busy mom herself, she has so much patience and understanding when it comes to making sure our babies are taken care of. When choosing a school, we read reviews. TLE was regarded as family friendly and I couldn't agree more! They hold multiple family activities throughout the year from Ice Cream Socials to Foam Day to Trunk of Treat to Ornament Decorating..
