Ruby was super informative about aftercare and very honest about the pain but let me know it would be over quickly which was very true. Most other places have trimmed my brows after they're done threading, but I notice they do very minimal shaping and trimming here. Also, other spots will ask what lotion/astringent you want after your service, but here they just put things on you without alerting you to what product is being used. It's the most local shop to me, so I really wanted to love it and support locally, but I'll have to look for a new place.
