Now I find my self needing to get my eyebrows done but I could afford my new normal place. So I decided to give KK Threading a second chance. Well I regret it! I walked informed her I've been letting my eyebrows grow and don't want them to maintain their thickness. Came in with my daughter a couple times now with Geeta. As soon as you walk in you go to the counter and check in on the tablet by putting your phone number your name and the service(s) you're requesting. The last couple of times Geeta did such a great job. I hate getting my eyebrows threaded because it hurts lol. I know I sound like a big baby but Geeta is very gentle I barely felt anything and she finished very fast. We're looking forward to her doing our eyebrows again in the future. read more

My brows came out fine nothing special the service was extremely fast like 2 min tops! Side note let's normalize not telling the client "mustache too?" when clearly the check in says eyebrows only. But my big issue was when I paid my brows $10 , she asked if I wanted to leave a tip on the card i respectfully said no, I didn't feel that the service was deserving of a tip. As soon as i start walking away she starts scoffing and making comments in a different language mind you she's the only one there it's not like she was talking to anyone else ! The first time I came here, the threader did an amazing job. When I came back the second time, I was nervous because my first lady wasn't there so I took a chance at another lady and she did and excellent job too!! I was highly unsatisfied with my recent visit. It was a couple of days before the holiday weekend and I had my eyebrows and upper lip done in the late afternoon. There was one older lady available (the one that presses her body against you) and her young daughter behind the counter; one customer on the chair and one waiting after me. After the customer ahead of me was done, I was called over to sit. I immediately realized she didn't sanitize her hands, she was negligent of sanitizing the chair and station. I had to ask her to please wipe the chair with disinfectant spray, add a paper towel on the chair's headrest and disinfect her hands. Mind you, I visit other threading salons, but this one is my last resort/911 threading salon, since before the pandemic, they NEVER use paper napkins for the headrests to protect customers from germs, even during the pandemic. Anyhow, more customers walked in and the lady rushed leaving my eyebrows looking like utter crap! I was hesitant to ask her to fix them in fear that she would thin them out on purpose. I just wanted to pay and never return! When I got into my car I noticed she missed some spots on my upper lip, too. The next day, I had to visit and pay another threading salon, who puts the health & safety of their customers first. They fixed my eyebrows and upper lip, even gave me a nice discount because they felt bad I had a poor experience the night before at Kk Threading. Sadly, this threading salon doesn't take the necessary COVID-19 safety precautions for their customers, don't have enough staff to cover a holiday rush; and clearly, they don't take pride in their threading services. I got my eyebrows threaded, I didnt particularly like the shape my eyebrows came out to but she did clean them up. I live two minutes from here and just got back from getting my eyebrows done. I grew out my eyebrows to make sure that when I get them threaded they'd be nice. I have a mole on my left eyebrow and it had more hair because I wanted to match my right side. Horrible, the right eyebrow is perfect and straight and crisp and just fine. My left is to high and she rounded it out to make my mole show! She didn't ask me anything before she started threading. I feel awful for leaving a negative review but Geepta (the one working on 10/2) was aggressive while doing my eyebrows and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She asked me to hold my brows and then would shove my fingers in a different direction that wouldn't allow me to hold my eyelid properly, which only made her more mad. She yanked my chin up numerous times, yes yanked. It actually hurt me which is obviously something you don't want to experience while receiving a service. My eyebrows turned out decent hence the 1 star but the service was the worst I've ever received in all my years of eyebrow threading. I am leaving this review as a reminder to her to not do this anymore since I would hate to hear someone else went through this too. read more
