They also get annoyed/frustrated at me when I have trouble doing X-rays; they just kept shoving the apparatus forcefully into my mouth over and over again even when I keep gagging (and they actually cut the corner of my mouth). Finally when Dr. Q came over he showed them how to do it properly without causing a gag reflex. The last straw was when I had bad pain in my upper gums and I tried to make a followup appointment with his front desk staff; the lady I spoke to actually said I just needed to "brush better" and was very reluctant to make an appt for me initially. Another one of his staff said I probably "chew too much on that side of my mouth". I felt pretty insulted being dismissed by his staff like that, when the actual problem was I had an impacted wisdom tooth that needed to be removed asap (as Dr. Q informed me).
