The quality of the cake mix is good, never dry. The portion of icing to cake is perfect in my opinion! The store itself is cute and always tidy and the women working are always pleasant. To me, these are better than what you get at a grocery chain and I will always choose these for special occasions. I picked up the specials of that week which were Watermelon and Blue Raspberry Lemonade. I'm not sure which I liked more! She posts her specials of the week on Facebook so you can always check to see what she's got in store, she also mentioned to me when I picked up my first order that if I liked a specialty cupcake I could always call ahead and order. I came by one more time a couple weeks ago to get some cupcakes as a gift but also got an order of her chocolate cupcakes as well as peanut butter for us so we could try a couple of her staples.
