Sadly, I have learned that the owner passed away suddenly, I believe in July of this year. The business is now closed.

The owner Celeste is so friendly and personable and fun. And! There is the cutest sweetest little dog greeter, Lila. It is worth a visit just to see her! The space is a delight - many uniquely designed fashionable creations to look at while you get your alterations taken care of. 100% recommend!! 5 stars!!!

I brought my wedding dress in 11 weeks before my wedding. Eleven. We literally talked at the first fitting about how I'd have plentyyyy of time for any final adjustments. Celeste cancelled or rescheduled every single appointment the day of, usually just a couple hours before. And the appointments I did get to, my dress was never in the prior discussed state it was supposed to be in. For the first few reschedules, I honestly didn't give her any trouble. Stuff happens. But when she cancelled what was supposed to be my "final" fitting, I started to get anxious and frustrated. My wedding was in 3 weeks and I still hadn't seen my dress finished. About a week before my wedding, I even paid to get my hair professionally done for what was supposed to be the new "final fitting." While I'm literally sitting in the salon chair, Celeste texts me -- two hours before my appointment -- that my dress still isn't ready and she needs to reschedule. My wedding was in 9 days. I decided to show up anyway. My dress was obviously not done, but I talked to Celeste in person and straight up asked her to be honest with me about whether she could actually finish it, because I needed to find a backup if not. She insisted she could do it and told me to come back in a couple days. I believed her. Huge mistake. My last appointment was one week before the wedding. I walked in to Celeste still actively working on my dress. When I finally tried it on, it still didn't fit my chest. She claimed I had lost a "drastic amount of weight" in two weeks.... crazy excuse, and basically said there was nothing she could do, while I'm standing there crying in an unfinished dress. I paid part of the invoice and left, planning to ask for a partial refund after the wedding because I just needed to get out of there. Then, on my honeymoon, Celeste texted me asking for the remaining balance. I told her how disappointed I was and that I wanted to talk about being charged full price for a dress that was not finished. She insisted the dress was finished (after admitting at my last appointment it didn't fit), refused any kind of partial discount, and that's when she started threatening to take me to court, along with some incredibly unprofessional, rude and petty messages. There is so much more I want to say as this isn't even the half of it. If anyone wants details or has questions feel free to reach out. I have every text, screenshot, timestamp -- all of it. And if thats not enough, just take a peek at the other recent reviews on google. My email is launa_evans@yahoo.com.

But this seems to have resulted in irritation with us for costing her time, which meant she charged $30 for taking measurements for a custom suit, but was too impatient and annoyed with us to measure the pants as well. (At first my husband indicated he wanted to just leave, as he was tired of the interaction. But when I heard the fee, which was a bit higher than I expected, I asked if we could please proceed to measure the pants since we're paying for the measurement session. And after a long, tense silence she said "you are paying for my time," and so we left.) I think it was reasonable for us to want a professional tailor to make sure we got a custom order right. Karen seemed so annoyed at us, and frankly quite disrespectful to our intelligence, that we regretted going to see her. I completed the suit measurements for my husband as best as I could at home, using the diagrams and pictures found online. At first I had planned to inquire about her availability for alterations if the suit we order needs some tweaks. But we will not be returning.

They had the best prices and they are the sweetest kindest people I've ever met. I hope they'll be here a long time and if they aren't, I hope their kids or family members will take over because this place is a jewel to find. I love the vintage feel it's old-fashioned, which is really cool. An old parking lot with big shady trees and inside beautiful kind people who will dry clean your clothes perfect. I've never seen my clothes so clean. I can't even believe it because the place I went to before was famous for cleaning clothes in an environmental way And then they closed down. I've gone through two dry cleaners that have closed down. Dry cleaners are extremely important and hard to find. Again, I drive from the coast I hope they're here 10 to 15 years because I'll keep coming back and bringing all my beautiful vintage clothing and coats which they clean so perfectly. They even found my bracelets and put them in a small pouch which I was so happy to find because some people would've stole them so they are very honest And they pack your clothes so carefully. The only thing I wish they didn't do is use as much paper on the hangers, but what can I do? I took all the paper off and recycled it and I'm keeping all the hangers and recycling and returning those as well to another dry cleaner nearby since it's kind of far for me. I don't regret the drive. I really love this place and I will be a good customer here for years and years to come.

I loved the fabric, the back, the train, and the details on the dress but...hated the front/top. But for some reason I bought the dress anyways. Enter Rose and her miracle alterations! She took in the sides, removed the straps, redid a sweetheart neckline with scalloped lace detail, added boning to make up for the support lost with the straps, created a beautifully complex bustle, and made a bunch of minor tweaks so that the dress fit me like a glove. Being a smaller busted lady, this was probably the first strapless dress I've ever worn that I didn't have to keep holding up.
