They know about different fabrics that have newer finishes on them. They were very careful and thorough, processing the dress through several times to get it just right. They even called to extend the service for one day so they could take their time. Both people who were at the counter were upbeat and friendly. Don't be fooled by any of the "good review" you see. Terrible experience with this dry cleaner. Poor communication throughout the process, inability to work with a customer for a pick up date, and they overcharged me for what they verbally quoted me with/what was on the receipt. Did I forget to mention that they will make it sound like it was your fault after everything that they've done wrong? Horrible customer service. Brought my $100 dress pants here for dry cleaning after seeing all the positive reviews. I will not be back. I picked up my black pants with a metallic gold residue all over them and white spotting. Also, they were also ironed with double pleats when I specifically asked for them to be flat pressed. I called the owner for a remediation plan- he was very kind and requested I bring the pants back. I just picked them up now for the second time one week later..They are better but still have a metallic residue around all the seams. I wouldn't recommend this place. Total inconvenience and personally I don't think I should have received any charge after the headache and damage. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

I understand that there are several larger, fancier dry cleaning establishments in the Eugene/ Springfield area. However, I did not enjoy the environment or service. Other establishments that I have visited the customer service was dry, and I felt like I didn't matter; just another order. I highly recommend this dry cleaning establishment. I took my two king comforters and shams to be cleaned earlier this past summer and put them away still wrapped in plastic. When I took out my fall comforter the shams were not with it so I stopped by (several months later) to see if they still had them and Shola looked for them and took the time to try to research when I had taken them in. Well, I later found them at home, as I'd forgotten that I'd taken them out of the bag when I brought them home, it sucks getting old and your memory fails you. Nevertheless, he was very patient and kind and gave great customer service. When I called him to let him know my error and that I had the shams he was very relieved and gracious and thanked me for letting him know. I had a bad experience with them. They cleaned and waterproofed my raincoat. When I went to pick it up, a button was missing. I left it with them to see if they could find or replace it. I picked it up again and I couldn't get my hand through the sleeve. They sewed the button to the lining. I won't go back. read more

Shola saved me from the "Red Pen Massacre"!! I have brought Shola laundry challenges and he always amazes me with the results. Two stories: Red Pen Massacre: What I thought was a clicky red ball point pen, was actually a clicky permanent red felt pen. Imagine that pen being unclicked in my pocket all day. I was wearing designer black denim jeans and the red ink had stained so deeply and so heavily the stain on the black turned from red, to fluorescent green. Shola treated my jeans with special care, running them through his cleaning multiple times. I agreed to pay a few dollars more than the regular pants laundering fee, totally worth it because they looked new and original color when I got them back. Second story, wedding dress: This ones a lot more normal. I had a beautiful chiffon dress and an outdoor wedding and a reception on a boat. This poor dress got drug over some dirty earth and surfaces. He made it look brand new and beautiful in a few days for my Oregon reception. He offers a nice boxing service for brides too. I had some curtains for my motor home that need modifying including putting some earth magnets in them to keep them closed. Did a great job, another cleaner would not touch the job. I came here to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. It was a delicate lace dress with several spray tanning stains and dirt on the train. Shola went through it multiple times to get it looking close to brand new again, steamed it and nicely displayed it in a box for safe keeping. I can't say enough great things about Shola! He's a great guy who does great work. I needed to have my wedding dress cleaned and preserved, and I was skeptical. The bottom of the dress was caked with mud and it was a lace A-line. Not the sturdiest of materials, but I could have left it in better hands.
