I was having a lot of work done at the house when he came but he was patient and took his time showing me options and making recommendations. When I asked about shutters he explained the pros and cons and had actual samples ao I could see how they would look on my windows. He took measurements of all the windows and advised me what would and would not work. Bryan was personable and knowledgeable. He was patient as we weighed our options and answered our emailed questions quickly. The prices were reasonable and he gave me hope when we found out many of our windows were now super shallow. Only small issue is there is a bit of water leaking from the bottom. I've called and they're supposed to schedule someone to come out and fix it. Perhaps I'll update once that happens. I questioned the installer at the time why there was only 2 hinges on such a heavy door and I was told that was all that was needed. The door is now slipping out of the top hinge and the employee answering the phone said that they would charge $150.00 to come out and adjust it. It seems to me that if they installed a door that was poorly designed, they should fix it for free. They don't seem to back up their product.
