When I arrived, he showed me 3 great options, but I didn't buy that day because I was still in shock how much these were (Jim mentioned prices have more than doubled in the past few years). I was initially put off a bit because he didn't have any entry-level trailers. Most of what he has is upgraded and solid as heck. I've never seen such solid trailers. I went home, did some more homework, and quickly realized he offered me an incredible deal on all 3 trailers. In fact, trailer for trailer at a competitor, his upgraded trailer was $1,000 less than their entry-level trailer. I showed a competitor the quotes he gave me, and they just handed it back and told me they couldn't touch those offers. When I went to purchase, it was a 10 minute process. Jim walked me through the trailer again, got me a few accessories and that was it. He even changed the ball on my hitch to the correct size at no additional charge. Hopefully I won't have to buy another trailer again, but if I do it will be Morris and no place else.

I bought a transmission from this seller on eBay because their listing claimed it was "tested and…read moreguaranteed." That statement turned out to be completely false. After receiving it, I paid a professional shop $1,600 to install the transmission. Immediately, it was obvious the unit was bad -- it wouldn't shift correctly and was slipping. It was clearly defective and should never have been sold as "tested." Because of their false advertising, I had to get another transmission and pay another $1,200 in labor to replace the junk they sent me. Their so-called "guarantee" is meaningless, and their claims of testing are misleading at best. This cost me an extra $1,200 out of pocket in labor alone, not to mention the time, hassle, and vehicle downtime. Buyers beware -- don't trust the "tested and guaranteed" claim. It cost me thousands to learn that lesson.

He charged my almost triple what we agreed on, he work from home, it's not an actual shop! When we argued almost got physical couple of times and since we're in his house your options are limited. He literally called a dent on the car , and said this need to be addressed, I asked him to fix it, which he did , but he damaged it again while putting the bumper back and yet still charged me for it . When I asked him how come you're charging me for something you didn't even fix , he's like well the car stayed 2 weeks at the shop you can consider a storage fee!! So unprofessional, maybe the old guy was the man but Chase was a complete waste of time and money. I paid the guy what he asked for cause I really didn't want him to cause more damage to the car. as I don't really have time or energy to deal with such attitude and work ethic , even tho I should have took it to the court! I have proof for everything I just mentioned, and I'm more than happy to show it to anyone who might be interested before working with such person. Very disappointed.
