I called Nolan's when my car was in desperate need of attention as the check engine light lit up when I was on my way to work just 16 hours after getting it back from being serviced at the Honda dealership. The gentleman that answered my call informed me that he was slammed and the only one there due to others being on previously scheduled (& well deserved!) vacation. I could tell he was absolutely swamped but probably heard the desperation in my voice. I was told to bring it in & he would find time for it. He looked at it the same day, let me know it was a transmission issue & would work on it - this was a Thursday. By Saturday at 3PM, I was back in my car with the transmission issue fixed and check engine light off - all for a very reasonable price, especially given the dire situation I found myself in. However, what stood out for me was not just the value and efficiency - it was the kindness and compassion. I would and do recommend Nolan's to everyone I meet - they're the best!

I told them NO. They should have never charged me for the diagnostic because of no results. Do they think that we are all that stupid? I am totally done taking my GM vehicle to Rick Weaver Buick. I should add that the GM vehicle is sub-standard missing what should have been included engineering wise for the price paid. Last time I will ever purchase a GM Product.
