My husband ordered their lasagna and 2 empanadas de carne y queso and I ordered the Dominican hot dog and one empanada de camarones and one of crab meat. Everything was disgusting. I ordered 2 Dominican hotdogs for pickup on Ubereats. When I arrived, I decided to order an empanada. I waited about 5 minutes before any of the workers acknowledged my presence with a greeting. I still have 2 minutes left in that order anyway". Mind you, I wasn't rushing them or being rude or making faces not huffing or puffing... none of that. My energy was calm. Yet I had to wait another 6 minutes to get my complete order and pay for the empanada. Had it not been that I already paid for the pickup order, I would've left after that lady in the back yelled back so rudely. Now for the food review. I enjoyed the beef empanada. The beef was well seasoned and it tasted fresh. I did not enjoy the hot dog. The hotdog was thin as a pencil and shriveled up dry. The ground beef on top looked and tasted dry and old. Even the bread tasted old. Won't be giving them a second chance simply because customer service is important to me and they lack good customer service.
