We saw her leave within a couple of hours of arriving. Mind you, this wasn't the main event day, but there were still open vendors and a band was playing later. We inquired with one vendor if she was leaving. It was very hot out and a cool treat would have been great. They told us she was apparently leaving, but they had purchased sno-cones that were literal ice blobs. I saw the sno-cones sitting in the grass like little snow globes. They were still in that state a good half an hour or more after the truck left. We were told the next day about how this vendor was very demanding, was upset about where she was placed because she didn't get the one small shady spot, that she had gone vendor to vendor and on at the event and complained to every one she could. She only wanted to know how much profit she would make. Never mind the fundraiser. She then had gone on to social media to do the same. She is deleting comments and blocking people that don't agree with her narrative. I would NEVER give this company any business. And it's too bad. It was a very hot weekend and she really would have done extremely well.

There's a story. I'm an engineer of food-processing machinery now retired, and Rob approached me 14 years ago with an idea for using liquid nitrogen to make ice cream, a process developed by several universities. I was in the process of retiring, so couldn't help him, but the idea was genius! Now, these many years later, I'm delighted to see his perseverance and success. Nitrogen ice-cream is always rich and flavorful, made from the freshest quality ingredients, often within 24-48 hours before it's sold. And in many cases (like milkshakes) it's created while you wait. Another feature is, that flavor options are endless--there is an extensive menu of ice-cream flavors you will not find anywhere else. My 16oz chocolate shake was thick, rich in cream, and over-the-top in its depth of flavor. I actually couldn't finish it, Sherrie had to. She didn't complain . Be prepared to pay more and get more. Legend's nitrogen shakes don't melt down to half the volume like a frosty from Wendy's (or the equivalents everywhere else). We're lucky to have this innovative option in Wenatchee!
