Had the quesabirria tacos with consume and had to try and asada street taco as well. The birria is some of the best birria I have tried, I make my own at home so I'm very picky about it and this had so much flavor! The consome also had a lot of flavor and the tortillas are homemade. Their salsas are also fantastic! I really like the red one with the birria. There was zero fat on the birria and it was so tender! The asada had good flavor but i got some fatty pieces so I didn't eat most of it, I've had better asada elsewhere but the star here is the birria! The birria tacos are $4.80 each, not bad compared to other restaurants. The inside can be noisy when there's even a couple of people inside but our meal was delicious and that's all I cared about lol. read more

We were actually trying to find another Mexican Restaurant where they let my dog and I sit outside and eat without a fuss .. But I couldn't find it. Maybe they bailed during Covid, not sure.. We did find a bright colored cute Mexican small diner with simple happy decor. Our plates came very hot and heaping full. The enchiladas had a unique spicy smokey flavor we enjoyed very much. The staff friendly and kids parties would be fun here. It cost us 60$ for lunch which seemed a little steep to me. I thought lunch should run one about half that. Online this place looked promising. In person it was very different. It's hard to review this place honestly because I should start by saying I didn't actually eat the food. My visit was like something out of the twilight zone. Or an old western flick. The streets were completely empty. The restaurant looked closed from the street. To my surprise it was not. When I entered the place was fully staffed with not one single patron. I got a bad vibe and left. If anyone actually eats here please let me know what you think of the food. I was too scared to actually try. My rating is purely based on the vibe and energy of the place. The accusations are modest, service is a bit slow not worth the wait because the flavors are wonderful. I had the Asada burrito and after the first bite my tongue was doing a happy dance and the sauces pack with flavor with just the right amount of heat. read more

More a taqueria style place. I had the Carne Asada fries, the meat wasn't seasoned at all even after asking if it was and there was probably a tacos worth on it, the cheese was a cheese sauce the fries were abundant and pretty good. I also has the Birria taco things (they have a weird name to them because they have cheese) the meat for birria was pretty tasteless. The service was friendly. read more

I have eaten here a couple times now and it is always super yummy. Ephrata has lots of Mexican cuisine but very little I am impressed by. This place is by far the best. Hours online arnt correct i came from out of town to try this out and they were closed but online store hours stated it was open

Stopped in on our way home, I did not realize I would be the first review. Walked in just after 1030am happy they were open! The place is small but they have room for large groups if needed. We ordered at the counter where a friendly man took our orders. We picked our own table to sit and the place was clean and so were the tables The food came out in just a few minutes. Everyone tried something different, the refried beans were really good! The azada meat was not very tender but had great flavor, everyone liked the rice and salsas they offer with the meals. We did not receive chips or salsa at the table like most Mexican restaurants do. They also have flavored Mexican water, the kids liked that. I did ask the man at the counter if the restaurant was new, I believe he said 4mo. Over all it's clean, fair priced, good large portions and friendly service. Will come back in the winter. read more

Come for the quesabirrias and burritos all the time. They're fast and friendly. I love the smaller establishment. I drove past it for years they're right next to the book store.
