I personally ended up going here from following my stylist. Her name is Tonya Griggs and she is amazing. I have been going to her for 8 years now. When I have moved for school, it was always hard trying to trust someone else with my hair, sometimes I would wait to come home for holidays in order to avoid finding a new stylist. She was scattered, dropping bowls of product, running an hour behind.... I wanted a full haircut....she cut my bangs then started blow drying... I reminded her I wanted a haircut... she then proceeded to randomly pick pieces of my hair up and cut and laughed saying with layers it really doesn't matter if hair is cut evenly. I came in with a beautiful blonde (she kept commenting on my beautiful blonde) needing roots done and I left looking like a drab ash blondish brown. Horrible! I always get a mid fade, and in my experience it's really hard to find somebody who gives a really good fade. I found Tara through a recommendation. I literally stopped a stranger who had a nice haircut and I said hey where do you get your haircut? And he referred me to Tara. I could not be more pleased with the results. It was an absolutely great haircut, it's like she's been cutting my hair for years. It looks great, it did not take too long, she was great about scheduling, the price is more than reasonable especially for the quality of cut that you're getting. And on top of all of that I had a lovely conversation. I would recommend a cut above generally, but definitely definitely definitely recommend Tara if you're looking for a good haircut.

I decided that today I would start off my long bday weekend with a 90 min massage and I would give this place another shot since so much time has passed. This time around my massage was great. I have nothing but praise for my massage therapist. Once again however, the front desk failed to deliver. The waffle robe that was provided had a dirt scuff on the belt and was so thin and see through you could see my areolae and tattoo. I went and sat in the waiting room for my glass of wine that for a 3rd time never came. At the end of my serves I went to pay and asked the front desk girl to make sure I was not charge for wine she never delivered. Her response "the charge is not on there" (or something to that effect). She did not offer up an apology, no acknowledgment that she forgot, no accountability taken at all. A small acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Front desk needs to take a little more pride in her work and hopefully throw out those ugly shoes that were loud as heck as she stomped across those hard floors
