I did have an appointment and they were right on time in taking me. I requested she not use the Dremel tool on my nails, but she continued to do so. I repeatedly asked her to stop using it and she continued to ignore me. Weak massage, not great attention to detail and $55 for a gel pedicure. I've had worse, but I have better most of the time. I didn't tip-for obvious reasons. This would not the top of my list if I lived here. I'm here on vacation. read more

They are under new management so ignore previous negative reviews!! Annie the owner is so sweet she just bought the company a month ago and she's so professional (unlike every other nail salon in CDA) she did an amazing job and was so quick. She had music playing in there and it was SO CLEAN inside. I've now done at least 15 manicures and pedicures here and not ONCE has it been bad. All the nails are even and shaped like they're press ons. I've even had my friends tell me that they're the best nails they've ever seen. So classy and clean. I've been seriously so frustrated with all the nail salons here in CDA and at Annas they've never disappointed me (and I hate to admit it but I can be quiet critical and here it's just perfect) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I made an appointment the day of and was able to get in with Anna, a very friendly young girl. I wanted to get a christmas acrylic set and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she recreated the look PERFECTLY. It's been about 2 weeks and not a single nail has lifted or come off. I'm new to the area and called for an appointment for a gel mani and pedi. The shop doesn't look like much but it's clean and everyone was friendly. They got me in right away and have a nice selection of colors. The male there did my mani and pedi. I was super impressed as he actually really took care of my feet. I'm am so unhappy with my recent experience with Anna's Nails. I have been going to Anna's Nails for about 1 1/2 years; so I was surprised by the rude and unprofessional treatment I recently received. Since I have the type of nails that need to be filled every 2-3 weeks, I arrived at the salon for an appointment (January 17) that I had made weeks before. There was a sign on the door saying that they would be closed until February 1st due to licensing issues. The salon has my cell phone number and there is NO REASON that I was not contacted. I will not be returning there in the future. I've found an alternative nail salon that was able to accommodate my needs and is also MUCH cleaner! read more

I found this place after I tried going to Studio 600 to get a mani-pedi, and found only a hair dresser there and no nail techs. Uyen "Amy" Hoang did a nice job on my nails. I only got the standard mani Pedi so I don't know if that's why the ridges on some of my toe nails weren't filed smooth. The prices were reasonable. I saw some cute pedicure chairs especially for children. read more

I got my acrylic nails done here May 5, 2022. I got there this morning to have them taken off and was told they couldn't do it. That is was by appointment only. I didn't have an appointment when I got them done. I have always gone here. I never will again, nor will I ever recommend them. read more

This was my second time in coming here. I chose Anna Nails and Spa because my neighbor recommended them. The first visit, one of the owners did my manicure and husband had a pedicure at the same time. The place is clean, comfortable, calming and yes I felt covid safe here. They all wore a mask and we're all very polite and didn't speak among themselves like some nail salons do. The second time I visited, my friend was out for a girls week end and I had made reservations for 11:00 for two pedicures. We walked in at 11:06. The owner said that because we were late they had taken another two customers. Yes, we were disappointed not being able to have our pedicure at 11:00 but chose to wait until the other two ladies were done having their pedicures. I appreciated them not allowing the ladies to have the deluxe pedi because it would have taken longer. So even though we were late, they were mindful that we were waiting. I will continue to go back to them to do my nails..... and I have learned an important lesson, to be on time and it was also the reason why I switched to Anna's, is because they do take appts. and they do keep on schedule. Going forward, I can see where every visit will be a five star rating. read more
