I dont know what this old lady was talking about on her review!! Maybe and quite possibly which I believe is the case, she has NO CLUE on how the design and printing business works. I am also a native to San Dimas and I am proud of companies like this one moving into our neighborhood and providing amazing services and products! They totally represent what our community is about: good people who follow through and work hard to get things not just done, but done RIGHT! The shop is new and still settling in into their new space. They do stand out from the rest of the other print shops. They definitely have a style of their own and its clean and I loved it. It is not all cluttered and 100+ shirts thrown at you when you enter. Their style is simple and clean. You will notice them right away by their amazing graphics on their windows. The owner was totally knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped me choose a great style and quality shirt for a great price! The reason I totally disagree with the first review is because I had a very large order (about 1,000 + shirts) and needed them rushed. The owner gave me a reasonable price considering the rushed job. Upon receiving my shirts, i was completely amazed and happy how they came out. Clean, crisp, really soft and amazing! Thank you so much Misfit Ink L.A. I will definitely be coming back forever and referring you to everyone i know. Do not let a one shirt order purchaser drag you down! I run a security business and I deal with contracts involving major Southern California indoor/outdoor malls. Misfitink.L.A, was recommended to me by a close associate of mine who had done business with the owner in the past. I looked them up on Yelp, and they had no reviews. I went forward with MisfitinkLA and gave them a chance based on my associates recommendation. Im a micromanager so I drove to the office and I met with the owner. I explained what I wanted and he explained the details of my Logo. He kept me in the loop during the process. I can personally attest to my experience that he was professional, thorough with details to the process of the work, and the work was done on time. In the end I'm glad we did business as we discussed business experiences. On a personal note we spoke of charities and his personal desire to donate shirts to the children, who are under going cancer treatment, at The Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. To me anyone willing to donate time and money to cancer children is O.K in my book. It speaks volumes of his character. I am a San Dimas native and this company does not represent what our community is about: good people who follow through and work hard to get things not just done, but done RIGHT. Summary: They do not take care of their new customers, even when we were prospects for a lot of future business for our team. Do not use this company, especially not for a rush job, as they are not willing to follow through properly and give their best work to the client. You will only get excuses. Here are the details: I had a last minute project that was very time sensitive. It was one t-shirt for a young boy. I explained the project clearly specifying especially what I didn't want, showed a real t-shirt example of what it should look like, and thought we reached an understanding on what I wanted. They agreed that it could be done on time and we agreed on a price, which wasn't competitive (but that's expected when it is a rush job.) The owner called me three times the day I dropped it off, only one of which was necessary (to tell me I had left my flash drive). The other calls were made either in error or to tell me when I could pick it up (which had been mentioned to me fifteen minutes prior.). The shirt was done on time, however done very poorly; it looked like a homemade job. It was so bad the owner walked it out to me already offering for me to take it home at no charge. They claimed that that is all they could do under the time restraint, but if this had been mentioned to me I wouldn't have agreed to letting them do the shirt for me in the first place. I showed it to my boss and they were highly dissatisfied. They demanded I request a reimbursement for the shirt they ruined. This establishment refused to do that, in person and by phone, or offer any other real solutions, blaming the error on time restraints and unclear communication on my part. Poor communication was on their part; they could have called for the clarification questions prior to ruining the shirt in the many unnecessary phone calls the made prior. They chose to ask those crucial questions after the shirt had already been done incorrectly. Instead, they allowed this error to speak volumes for their company as a whole. It would have been better for them to just give me back the shirt without damaging it. read more

Is hard to me to have to write this review, because Juan was always nice person until one day he pick his stuff he say I'll pay you tomorrow and then disappear....
