(Not mishal) Went here and asked for a long layered cut. I walked in with hair down to my waist and left with short hair length. I told her multiple times to keep my length and she told me she cut all my dead ends off when I didn't ask her to do that. Still charged me 175 for a full black color. So unprofessional taking phone calls and stopping my service to do other things. Using the same hair brush as other clients. Don't come here. She rubbed me so hard with the color removal wipe and gave me a chemical burn! Wtf is wrong with these people. This is not the last time they will hear from me! The owner is texting me on my personal number trying to have a face to face conversation ??? She has met me before and done service on me and doesn't remember. My hair isn't going to grow back after the conversation is it??? You're mad I posted this review. They colored my hair and then cut it off. How did you charge me for so much product that's was cut off! If I created such chaos in ur salon show the camera footage. I was on the phone with my fiancé immediately after I saw my hair. You are a liar i have every right to be angry because i trusted ur worker and she cut my hair incorrectly! Just shows how your business can't be trusted. I didn't want all my dead ends cut. I wanted layers and she lied to me in my face and told me she was going to keep my length and didn't! How am I exaggerating about chemical burns??? You gave me burns! Regardless how big or small. She gave me with two different looks in the same day, with a very short turnaround time in between - and both looks came out even better than I expected. For the ceremony I wanted my hair up with flowers, and for the reception I wanted my hair half up / half down. For both, I wanted very natural-looking makeup. From texting me up until the day before the wedding with ideas to bringing extensions to the venue, she was there every step of the way. In addition to the wedding day itself, I worked with Mishal for special event hair and makeup for my engagement shoot, and got my hair cut with her (long layers!) before the event. I also worked with her to get my skincare in order before the wedding, including two incredible facials that gave me the best skin on my wedding day. First time coming here, wanted to try the facials. Ended up getting a SIGNATURE MICRODERMABRASION FACIAL. Facial was great felt a difference in the texture of my skin instantly. Would give 5 stars for the facial! However i got waxing done as well and it just felt rushed like they wanted to be done and out of there. One lady asked me to lay down to get my arms waxed and another came in and said it was the wrong way. Then for my back i just felt they didn't put their time into it. I'm a thicker woman so usually when i go to get my back waxed they take their time and make sure they've done a good job. I can't see my back but when i got home i wasn't happy. Also Still had hairs on my arms as well in places. They gave a quick look and said ok check, i was covered in powder and sticky. Couldn't see a thing, plus eyes were hurting from the facial. Well what can I say - after talking to many beauty parlors, I realized that if you say I want a bridal makeover the price shoots through the roof; I asked her what the price for an ordinary party make over would be and she said $X; So, I asked her if she can do the same make up to me as a bride - and without batting her eyes said for bridal its $2X - I did not understand the logic at all; Despite repeated requests to do the minimal possible makeup - she was firm at $2X - I walked and got another great lady who was reasonable. Update on the Response from Mishal S: I agree completely on what you have written about brides and their make-up effort from your side; My only comment is - even if I want a minimal make over (like one when you attend smaller parties) - once you know its a bridal party you stick to your $2X pricing - based on the event (not based on effort) and not based on the customer request for a very minimal make-over. read more
