Much of the produce comes from Dave's farm. I had heirloom tomatoes when I stopped there in August. The kitchen is open to the public and there is kitchen bar seating available. Shrimp and grits, Redfish, and any steak. Steaks are Hickory grilled INSIDE the building. You watch it cooked. Who does that??? Chef Dave does.

I ordered the summer salad which has chicken, blueberries, strawberries, pecans, and feta cheese. I have gotten this salad previously and it used to be fresh and had lots of flavor. This time, everything fell flat and seemed several days old and the chicken was shredded, almost like super dry canned chicken. Before it was grilled so I'm not sure if I just came on a day before they got fresh produce or what. I'll be back and hope it's more like previous times.
