The pedicure was wonderful, and I was very happy with my feet. Unfortunately, my eyebrow experience was the complete opposite. I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and provides better training and customer service when mistakes occur.

I arrive early at 445 knowing I'm early, they don't greet me or offer anything that I notice they offer the other women. I'm waiting & eventually another 5 women walk in all with 5 o lock appointments. Eventually we all start to fall off and those women leave. A couple of us stay but it is now past 530 and I've asked multiple times as there is zero urgency through the shop to make sure the group waiting for their 5pm appointment if they have an eta on when they plan to start. At that point they rush me to a pedicure station where I waited another 10 min so all in all I've not even stated my services until almost 6. I end up getting a pedicure (which was an after thought) as I needed my nails done by 630 no one has even started on my hands and I felt there was zero sense of care for my time or any one else's so I let my toes dry and I left. I will say I've lived in scottsdale for 14 years and this was the worst service & experience I've had at a salon ever. They tried to stop me at the door when I was getting up to tell me I had my nails to get done and I stated I had dinner plans at 7 this shouldn't of taken almost 2 hours for a subpar pedicure. Again been in scottsdale 14 years frequent the area often. Very disappointed in the energy and all around care they had for me. Maybe it's me for many reason they didn't care as this was in a different area and definitely had a different vibe inside the salon when I walked in. The hot paraffin wax and hot stone massage on my legs was not a regular treatment in other salons, so this was a real treat.
