I had been going to this salon for a couple of years, but they have gone down hill. I had a nail tip put on 1 finger on Saturday but it fell off Tuesday night. I knew on Saturday I would not be back because they did not use sanitized tools! He just pulled out of his box. No telling how many customers he had used them on. However I did not want to pay for another shop to fix his problem. I had to tell another employee that he was not doing what I needed because he didn't know enough English to work with the public. I previously had gel on all other nails and he did powder on the one he fixed. Know they look different from each other! I will never be back there again!!! read more

I've been coming here for several years. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean. They have a great selection of gel and shellac colors. Currently they have the entire OPI Hello Kitty gel collection. It's awesome. Jason does my nails and he's a wizard. My nail beds are deep and can be hard to file. He is able to work with them and keep my cuticles in good shape. It's easy to get an appointment but when I walk in without one, I never have to wait too long. Dirty! Overpriced! Not impressed with the cleanliness of this place. They were using tools that were laying out and I did not see them sterilize between customers. They do not clean the pedicure tubs between customers and just rinse with water. My nail polish looked good however they did not do a good job removing dead skin on my feet. I paid $65 for a gel mani and gel pedi, the sign posted on the wall listed it for less $ so I was a bit surprised at the total. I will not be going back and they seriously need to clean tools and equipment between customers before someone gets an infection! read more

The entire experience was awful and my nails looked bad. I got the dip and the tech kept using his finger to pat down high areas on the dip which left darker spots on my nails. He finished with gel clear coat over the top that started peeling off within a day. He also cut me pretty bad and I'm certain they use dirty instruments and never clean out the pedicure bath before refilling it. I will never go to this place again! read more

Great service, family owned, affordable prices and most important everyone does a good job not just a few people. The staff are very friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want. I've had so many bad experiences at nail shops. It's refreshing to find one who does what you ask with out them trying to let you whatthey want to do or feel you need to do as if your not spending your money for a service. There are rare times that I actually go and get my nails done. This is one of the few time I did and I took one of my friends to cheer her up. We'll the rushed us a lot and we were the only people on the salon. At first it started out good then my friends nails got done before mine and needless to say they did not look good. They were really gloppy and all around have us a good laugh. When the lady finished mine it was really gloppy on one nail so it got messed up fast the. On the feather she made a big white dot that just messed up the nail. It gave us something to laugh about but needless to say we will not be going there again. read more

Nothing to write home about. I got a pedicure here twice. The first time it was with the owner I think and she was great! Second time was a guy and he was very nice but I wouldn't recommend. He didn't massage my legs with lotion until after he polished so he didn't massage at all, he just rubbed some lotion on my legs for a minute. Wont be going back. read more

I've been coming here on and off for about 5 years. Every time I go I'm expecting it to be better than the last time. There's also something that seems to go wrong before I walk out the door. My mom quit coming here because they never get all the cotton off before they put polish on. They are ALWAYS rushing even if there's no one else but you in the salon. I went in today just to get my fingers and toes painted. First he filed and buffed my nails. He pulled out the polish and was about to put it on and I said "Wait, can I was all the dust off my hands?" And he said "That takes too long." He pulled the alcohol and a cotton ball out and said "This is much faster." Really? It takes a minute for someone to wash that stuff off their hands. Luckily my fingers ended up looking decent, my toes on the other hand... Horrendous. He glopped on the polish so it ended up smudging when I tried to put my sandals on (mind you he was too busy with someone else to help me put my shoes on) he then acted completely put off by having to re-paint my one toe. Awesome nail shop!! I'm a dude and I got my feet done here cause I'm not scared to be in a place full of women and I care about my personal hygiene. So they made me feel super comfortable and they did a great job on my feet. Got the regular pedicure and it was great. My fiancé comes here also and gets her nails done. She loves it. Well... Did not know that it would take so long for my daughter to get her nails done (2hrs).Also, this is not the first time we come here. The first time the guy who did my daughter's nails cut her finger and here we are again the same guy cut her againI told my daughter let's give them a second chance... I kept hoping the service would improve because I just moved to Blue Springs and this shop was close to my house and work the techs are rude and sometimes two to three techs work on your nails for one visit... I too have gone to Miss Nails for years. I drive from the Legends in KS to Blue Springs because Jason is the best!!!!!! I have tried many different places of course ones closer and found that they use cheap products and they never look as shiny and pretty as when I get them done there. My nails last for weeks and they don't chip easily or turn yellow. ( I am a cigarette smoker and have had my nail tips turn yellow from other nail places due to product they used) I strongly recommend trying out Miss Nails as you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! read more
