After 2 years of living in MO and no luck finding a great nail tech, I finally found my girl!! I'm in love with my nails. Jennifer was so fast and thorough and asked exactly how I wanted my acrylic fill every step of the way. She didn't skimp on coats and is the first person to get the shape right in over 3 years! She was also so sweet. I love this place!

nails the day that I got them

Honestly, I don't know who hurt you guys, to the other people in the reviews. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails a few days before my bridal shower, and after being told that I couldn't get them at a couple other places I went to Jennifer Nails. They had walking availability and got me started immediately after I walked in, no waiting. during my appointment, all of the staff wore masks and treated me kindly and respectfully. Me and the other girls getting acrylic nails laughed together with the staff and had a really good time. I am so happy with how my nails turned out, and it was super affordable. The first picture is them immediately after I got them done, and the second picture is now, about a week later. so, all things considered, I think you should try Jennifer nails. I had a wonderful experience and I don't see why you wouldn't have a wonderful experience too.

Went to Jennifer nails bc I haven't had luck at other in a while. I was pleased immediately with how welcoming they were. I was also pleased they didn't tear up my cuticles or hurt my fingers. They were very gentle and took their time. They took their time but I was done at a reasonable time. Overall, very good place and I will continue to go there!!!!

I am one of their old clients that noticed after the last couple of years a decline on their…read moreservices. I kept trying and changing nail tech, however all of them were bad! Not only for me, but for my daughter as well. T. is extremely rude, has a weird behavior of requesting my personal phone number and "hide" it in a drawer, still don't know why she did that. She was sooo rude, always in a hurry, not even asking me to wash my hands before painting my acrylic nails, which is a fundamental step for good results. Others like Kim, Vicky and another one that I don't remember her name were rude, and/or did not do a good job, my nails were different sizes and again the "hurry up" method somehow was adopted by this once reliable nail place. Disappointed and moving on to a much better place.

I haven't had one since last year before I got pregnant (yikes). I was sadly tending to my toes at home and well, ot was not working. My sister scheduled an appointment for Sophia to do my pedicure. Kim does her nails. I sat down and the water was perfect in the tub..my feet were immediately like "this is nice". Sofia started and began with the scrub. It was scratchy at first but then was pleasant. She went on to remove the horrid dead skin from my feet and I felt sorry for her. Again, been a year and me trying at home was more.like buff off the hard parts kind of. She got the deaf skin off and my feet felt like pillows. So soft! Because its been so long, my feet were super sensitive and that sucked but, it wasn't her fault. She painted my toes (gel of course in a nice dark lavender). I'll definitely be back to get another pedicure in 2-3 weeks. My Feet are thanking me and yours will too. As for Sophia.

*all three stars are based on the nail tech and her making the best of an obviously tough…read moresituation* The quality of this place has really gone downhill. I booked a pedicure service, and the three foot spa/sink areas were all out of service. My foot soak was in a shallow plastic dish of cold water. The top of my feet were exfoliated, presumably because it was all that could be easily rinsed. I am not sure what the issue was, but there was not hot or running water. They should not be offering this service as listed. It is a misrepresentation. I was charged $58 for the service, so with tip, I paid nearly $90 for a spa pedicure service that I could have done at home, but with hot water. I felt terrible for the young nail tech because she was truly fabulous and clearly making the best of what her employer had available; but she's never going to be able to build a book of business without functioning spa equipment. The actual polish service was pristine and will probably last a few months or more. I would absolutely book a service with the tech again, if she moved to another spa. However, even if the owner decided to bring her business out of disrepair, I'm not sure I'd return because of the bait and switch, and willingness to destroy that young woman's early professional development.

I almost hate to give her a public review because she runs one of the best kept secrets in the city!! She does hot stone massages every time. She uses essential oils. This is an amazing experience for those just trying a massage out for the first time or those that are experts :) I can't wait to start getting back on track with my massages!
