I'm a regular here and it's normally my go to nail place. I recommend this place to some of my girl friends because i thought it would be a good experience. but once my friend got up to pay, she paid with card and proceeded to write down a 10 dollar tip, very generous. the nail lady said "do you just not have any cash to tip???" and my friend asked if the tip was not okay on the card, she shrugged and made a face, didn't say thank you for the tip or anything. i proceeded to ask for her name and it's DIAMOND. i've never had a bad experience here but that really just rubbed us the wrong way. read more

Honestly, I don't know who hurt you guys, to the other people in the reviews. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails a few days before my bridal shower, and after being told that I couldn't get them at a couple other places I went to Jennifer Nails. They had walking availability and got me started immediately after I walked in, no waiting. during my appointment, all of the staff wore masks and treated me kindly and respectfully. Me and the other girls getting acrylic nails laughed together with the staff and had a really good time. I am so happy with how my nails turned out, and it was super affordable. The first picture is them immediately after I got them done, and the second picture is now, about a week later. so, all things considered, I think you should try Jennifer nails. I had a wonderful experience and I don't see why you wouldn't have a wonderful experience too. read more

I received a gift card to this establishment and they were very accommodating in allowing me to use a portion that day and the remainder at a later date. Since it was on someone else's dime, I chose the full service pedicure and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm pretty sure it was triple the massage time of a standard pedicure and that was EXACTLY what I needed. The salon technician didn't laugh at my swollen foot or my "winter toes." She took extra time and care on the swollen areas and I'm pretty sure I should have invited her to be my new best friend. It was pretty amazing. Went in to get a mani and pedi. My entire experience was rushed and sloppy. The staff was distracted by their cell phones, and not attentive to my requests. I got a gel manicure, and polish was lathered on so much underneath my nail--I had to ask them to remove it. I also asked them to refile my nails because they were filed unevenly and jagged. My pedicure was better than my manicure experience. But the quality of the work is extremely lazy. I live up north, but will be moving south soon and have been trying to find decent nail salons. This one was not worth it. My experience was so bad, I did not leave a tip. read more

Went to Jennifer nails bc I haven't had luck at other in a while. I was pleased immediately with how welcoming they were. I was also pleased they didn't tear up my cuticles or hurt my fingers. They were very gentle and took their time. They took their time but I was done at a reasonable time. Overall, very good place and I will continue to go there!!!! read more

I went here to have my nails done for my wedding and that was a huge mistake. I asked for a gel manicure in simple gold nothing long nothing fancy just the basics. I had normal nail polish on that I did myself and the nail tech removed my polish with a file... not nail polish remover a file. I proceeded to panic but try and stay quite surely she knew what she was doing right.. wrong. She cut my cuticles on every finger very badly, I was bleeding, and ruined my hands right before the wedding. Not only that the gel nail polish was hideous it was bubbling and not even, it looked like tiny mountains and coves all over my nails. I literally wept because the damage was not repairable. I wish I would have painted them myself it is a huge regret of mine. I went home and soaked them off and tried to fix my nails right before the wedding day. I couldn't fix my nails and my hands were so bad with the blooded cut up cuticles we took no pictures of our hands together on that day. I will never go to another nail salon it was that bad. Never again. Also it has been months and my nails are still extremely damaged I'm trying to grow out the damaged part which is half way recovered but it caused extreme discoloring and there are deep trench's in my nails from it. read more

I I was the first one on a Monday morning at 10 o'clock, I started getting my nails done and she was going a hundred and eighty miles an hour , she cut me twice with the drill two different fingers and told me it was my fault because I wore my nails too short. If I wanted gel polish she probably would have taken her time but I insisted that the gel color changes on me because I'm a hairdresser and I use hair color , just terrible terrible service. I was just there and was the ONLY customer in the store and it took almost 40 minutes for them to start my pedicure. They were more concerned with talking with each other and eating fruit than helping me. She kept telling me they'd be right with me while they were eating in the back. She asked me four different times if I wanted my nails done, which I said no to every single time. She continually tried to get me to buy a more expensive pedicure after I had already picked what I wanted. She was also on her phone a lot of the time or talking with the other employees. I think I actually had Jennifer doing my pedicure. I would NOT recommended this place. My pedicure only lasted about 15min and I had to ask her to cut my nails. Basically she took my polish off, rub on lotion and painted. This is the second time I've visited, tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time but it took about 30 minutes for me to be seen the last time too when it wasn't busy at all.
