We also want to recognize Ms. Amy and Ms. Melissa at the front desk, who are always welcoming, patient, and understanding. They are so helpful during the morning drop-off rush. On those tougher mornings, their kindness and support make all the difference. Our son also loves Coach Baker, who teaches all the sports. Often when asked what his favorite part of his day was, it involves Coach Baker and the stickers he earned that day. We are so grateful for the love, support, and sense of community this preschool provides.

They have all become like family. Seeing them everyday and knowing they are professional, personable, and warm gives me relief. The older teachers are all very good at what they do. Ms. Farida, Andrea, Erin, and Quasi were all very knowledgeable, and nurturing. The younger teachers are willing to listen and learn and they have all been great with my kids as well. I don't ever have issues with my kids hurting themselves (outside of what's normal) or being unhappy or not wanting to attend. The daycare is very clean and secure. The front door is password protected and the classrooms have locks. They have all the age appropriate toys for development. My kids' doctor is always impressed with their milestones because of the things they are taught: numbers, letters, days, habits, etc. I feel very fortunate to have found this daycare and I know I couldn't get better value anywhere else.

When my little one was one year old and my mother had to return to our homeland, I had to put her in a daycare since I work full time. We chose a very reputable place in Johns Creek. They had camera and it was awful see her crying all day, not eating, drinking and looking so desperate. It was a big transition for her but the way it was handled was not OK with me. They would work as a factory, changing diapers very fast, feeding them as robots and barely interacting with the toddlers... Obviously my daughter cried all day long... I even saw a lady shushing her,  and when I would come to pick her up, they would make jokes about her being needy. My daughter is pretty independent, but she also is very loved, and they didn't help much with the transition. I also started looking at other children there and I was devastated noticing how their eyes were glossy and their spirits broken.  I truly believe that at a very young age it is so important for children  to feel loved and protected. I started looking at reviews and saw Miss Claire's house online. I read that a mother went through the same experience I had with my child. I called Claire and we scheduled an interview. It was the best thing I've done for my daughter and for myself! I visited the daycare and met with Miss Linda and Miss Claire. The first thing I noticed were the happy and shiny eyes the children had! They were comfortable there! They were hugged, loved and just children!  When Miss Claire called to inform that we got the space, I was very relieved and hopeful! Her first day she cried a little but the second day, she was already climbing up the stairs by herself and hugging Miss Claire! No more tears, just like that! She is happy when we pick her up every day and has made great friends! Going from John's Creek to Roswell for daycare added one extra hour to my daily commute, which I gladly drove because knowing my baby was happy all day gave me peace of mind at work.  Besides offering a loving, safe and caring environment, Miss Claire and Linda have a lot of activities for the children! Arts, outdoor play, celebrating holidays and during the summer there are splash pads, a little pool and popsicles! Miss Claire communicates with me about everything that happens there during the day, and when it was time for potty training, she worked closely with me to create a positive experience for my daughter. We toured several centers in Roswell and were BLOWN AWAY by Building Kidz, which we lovingly call BK in our house. Being at BK totally changed my perception about what daycare is -- and what it isn't. I initially wanted a nanny because I didn't want to feel like some other people were raising my child while I was at work. But in reality, a good daycare isn't just caring for your child, they are teaching them too. Even little babies get stimulation and activities that help them learn social skills and other development skills. My son flourished here under the supervision of wonderful teachers and owners, he graduated two years ago and they still love seeing him. My daughter still attends and will be graduating in the next 6 months. I think what I love most about this place is that it's not corporate and the attention from Alyssa, Jessica and Steve make it what it is today. They use the Tadpoles app to keep us up to date with our kids via pictures and notes along with daily reports. They are so awesome and accommodating. My son graduated and started school and the only bad thing was that he was so far advanced than any other kids in kindergarten, he got bored in school. Now he is in first grade and reads at a 4th grade level and top of the class...I know this is because of the Stepping Stones foundation he got. They have recently expanded and taking more students, if you are in the market for a new school; this is the only place to stop. You and your child will love the community they have created.
