Rajas tamale, pork tamale, chicken taco, horchata
Beth W.

I had Miss Tamale for the first time as a delivery order, so I can't speak to the ambience...yet. I'll definitely be coming in! I got a chicken taco, pork tamale, rajas tamale, and horchata. The chicken taco was good, pretty basic seasoning but a *lot* more meat than I expected. Very fresh and arrived still warm. The tamales were outstanding -- the masa was the perfect texture, and it was the ideal balance of masa to filling, and they were larger than expected. The rajas was spicy, the pork was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Definitely a standout. The horchata wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciate, and did taste homemade. The price for all this food was incredibly reasonable, so I'd say it's an excellent value. And I can't wait to return and try the rest of the menu!

Chicken tamal. I added the hot sauce all over. Very good!

When you are looking for good tamales this is a good go to! Don't be turned off by the price as the tamales are massive! I tried the chicken one as well as a rajas tamal. Both were very good. I would have liked the chicken one to have some sort of salsa in it (green or red). They do provide salsa on the side which helped. I will definitely be going back to try the breakfast burritos and pozole.

Where to start. Overpriced breakfast burrito. It's really heavy because it's filled with undercooked hashbrowns. Might be the worst chorizo I've ever had. Their hot salsa was really good.

Tried their West Richland location for the first time last night. It is definitely going on our frequent repeat list. Gluten free options for my child with Celiac. Friendly customer service. They were busy and still quick on service. Food was great. I played around and made them this from a handwritten sign they had.

Breakfast burrito with green and red salsas.

Stopped by first thing in am because they were open. Very large burrito cut in half and shared with hubby. Food was hot and fresh. Unfortunately they use thick doughy tortillas and lots of undercooked hash browns as filler. Bacon was mixed into the eggs in very tiny chips, personally I prefer recognizable bacon for taste and presentation. I get it, it's cheaper for the establishment to do it this way but really impacts the taste and mouth feel. Chicken tamale was basically masa-where's the chicken? Both salsas were good but the green salsa was exceptionally delicious. Overall disappointing experience, not sure how this is on anyone's "best" of anything list.

So the tamales we took back to with us to the Lodge Hotel was excellent. I was surprised that they were generous with their meat filling. But after the rolls and one tamale, we were full. Took the rest to our next stop in Bellevue. The tamales the next day was still good as ever.

Asada Bowl

The asada tacos were full of fat pieces. The Asada Bowl was very small & had less meat in it than a single one of the tacos. What a rip off. The description on DoorDash said it was 32 oz. It was nowhere near that. Very misleading description. I can not recommend this place.

Steak quesadilla.

New Richland location out Keene is awesome. Food was great and so well priced. Very friendly staff and owner as well.

was up at the site for training and Miss T was rumored to have goodies up there as well but I generally don't breakfast out like that so afterwards I take a stroll down the block to the actual place to sample her wares. figure a couple tamales and a burrito ought to do the trick and get stuff to take back to the room. food is ready shortly and sack feels heavy when I pick it up... and when I unpack I realize the magnitude of my error!! the tamales are generous portions of meat filled masas wrapped in real corn husks and steamed to deliciousness and very nearly burrito sized! the burrito is about a pint and a half of beanie meaty goodness wrapped in a tortilla that became lunch for two days. they're not just big, they're good too. just saying

This is the chicken and pork Tamales. So delicious!

Be careful the servings are huge. Being a Texan it's not easy to recommend a Washington taco shop but this one has my endorsement!

Pretty sure it's the biggest and best breakfast burrito in TC. Delicious food and great customer service.

I went to Perchn Cantina in Richland yesterday with a friend to experience a modern style Mexican…read morerestaurant. It met our standards way beyond what we were expecting! Honey Lime Shrimp is so good! I highly recommend this dish! If you get guacamole with corn chips appetizer as well you should dip the chip in the rice, corn, cilantro, and other spices under the shrimp then add some guacamole on top of it. It's so so good! The shrimp do have a shell on them still and can be a pain to take out though, but is a good shrimp. Gouda Burger (Had cooked over medium), very delicious! Very fresh tomato, lettuce, and the cheese was melted perfectly! The hamburger was cooked amazing and wasn't dry. The fries were seasoned very well. Tasted good with or without ketchup. Churro Cake has homemade whipped cream with delicious apricot slices on top. Wasn't my favorite, but still delicious. The Flan was the best I've ever had! 15 out of 10! I highly recommend this dessert! The duros were really good with the season that was added to them. We nicknamed them wagon wheels. The service and the speed the food came to our table was perfect! The staff is extremely friendly.

I came out of yelp retirement to defend this place. After reading the reviews, I didn't have high…read morehopes. We were visiting the area from Seattle and this ended up being my favorite restaurant of the trip. Food: Chips, guacamole, and salsa trio were all delicious. No, this isn't the type of joint that gives you free chips and salsa but hardly anywhere does that anymore and the quality here is also better. On top of that, they do give out these free munchie snacks that were addictive and unexpected. I ordered the chicken enchiladas that had the tastiest salsa verde. Portion sizes were also larger than expected with three per order. The black beans could have been seasoned more but that's my only minor complaint. Drinks: We ordered the house margaritas as they were on happy hour (on Sundays starting at 2:30!). Nice surprise to get happy hour prices for Sunday dinner. The drinks were tasty - not too sweet and just enough tequilla to pack a punch. Ambiance: Fun! My girls loved the pink chairs outdoors and overall a good vibe. This isn't a 3 margaritas type place - it's upscale Mexican and they do a good job. We brought our kids and they were accommodating despite not having an explicit kids menu. Worth checking out for adults and families alike.
