Fastest service, amazing meal, great margaritas now that they have liquor license. 10/10. Great place.

We've been eating at Inca's for 20 years. Always order the seafood burrito. Always amazing!!! Until today... much less sauce on the burrito and reduced in size. We received 1/2 the chips and one tiny 1/2 filled pod of salsa!! $40.00 for one burrito. No drinks included. Something drastically changed. The owner? The cook? Or are we supposed to expect to pay more for much less. I'm not sure if we will go back. read more

I'm writing this as I'm doing everything so it will be a little unorganized. First, they give you free chips and salsa. As a person who enjoys spicy food; their spicy salsa is the minimum I would call spicy in a good way, but not "too spicy" if you aren't that good with spicy. The drinks aren't on the regular menu, but they have soda, water, juice, and milk. The menu is huge THE PLATES ARE VERY HOT (I was warned in advance but I didn't listen and I'm fine but I did have to ice my finger) Also the food is plentiful. Had lunch there today with friend avocado tostado, fish tacos and 2 - requested 1/2 shots blended margaritas was $60 before tip. No cheese on tostado with tomatoes asked for extra cheese I was charged $1.75 for a tablespoon of cheese. The meat was so salty couldn't hardly eat it .... so tired of these half ass restaurants charging exorbitant prices poor service !! We have been going to this restaurant for sometime now, and have received pretty good food and fair/average service, but not tonight. We ordered Nachos and the order came out burned. Every exposed Chip was burned, not browned, but burned. We kindly asked the waitress if we could get them remained and she said i can pick off the burned chips ! Most of them were burned ! We said no, we want new ones, she responded by saying I will have to charge you for those ! Then she had the audacity to say, you guys complain all the time, WTF ? We complained about the food one time over a year ago, and one time about a drink ! We come here probably 2x a month, NEVER AGAIN. I wish I could give this post ZERO STARS!!! I went in for lunch today with my daughters, since it was their last day of school and I wanted to treat them. As soon as we walked in the entire restaurant was empty and we waited to be seated over five minutes. The server (Karla) from the start was not friendly at all! She had a look on her face as if she was extremely bothered. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but she sat us and gave us menus. We're waiting for over 15 minutes (mind you there's NOT ONE OTHER CUSTOMER in the restaurant) until I finally had to call her over to take her order, she told me she would be over when she was done what she was doing. Once our food arrived, my daughter unfortunately found an hair in her food and my food was extremely spicy!! I had to get up to tell the server this since she did not check on us not one time! I let her know that I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if we just were not the table she wanted to serve. Her whole attitude changed after that. She even laughed at what I was telling her, as if she was making fun of what I was saying. I called this evening to talk to a manager and the manager sent the message with the same server Karla to tell me that he's busy and that I could talk to her about my issues. Why would I want to talk to the server who treated me so poorly about my issues? And he calls himself a manager? I don't even know how this place is still open, I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to ANYONE! Poor service, extremely slow, and horrible customer service! RUDE The worst, we ordered nachos and a margarita, they came to us burnt not one or two the whole platter was burnt. when the waitress brought out the rest of the food, I let her know the nachos are burnt she looked at them and told us she could pick the burnt chips off. I asked her to please have them remake them she then told us she will have to charge for that, I let her know that we cannot eat these they are all burnt (wished I would have taken a photo) she then said you always complain (she did not want to take them back). we paid for the drink and told her we are leaving. we eat at the Inca two to three times a month. but never again. read more

This place is extremely underrated. My family and I have gone to many Mexican restaurants around the tricities and this is the best deal I've seen. I had ordered the chicken fajitas from the lunch menu that costed $11.50. I was expecting a small portion considering the price, but it was one of the biggest I've ever gotten, not to mention really delicious. This is our favorite sit down Mexican restaurant in the Tri-Cities and we tried most of them. Their chips and salsa are fresh, warm and really delicious. We always ask for beans to go along with the salsa and you can ask for mild salsa and mix it with the hot and to make it just perfect. Every time my husband and I come here we order the fajitas. The portion is so large two people can easily share it and be completely satisfied. The Horchata is my favorite! It taste so divine. When I go to Inca with just a girlfriend for lunch I usually order the vegetarian burrito and I'm not even vegetarian. I discovered it and think it's so delicious I can't pass it up. Plus The portions are so large I usually bring home half and have it the next day and it's just as good! The veggies inside are tender and tasty and the green sauce they use on top is especially my favorite. You can't go wrong with Inca. When we want fast service and yummy Mexican food that is right where we go. UPDATE: I would not recommend coming here with a big group. We tried to have a birthday dinner here tonight with 16 people and the food all came out cold and less than awesome (hardly any peppers and only 5 shrimp in our chicken and shrimp fajitas?!) and they completely ignored us when we asked for the birthday girl to be sung to. I was recommended by a local to try this place out. Had a "Azteca" feel to it. Greeted by very friendly hostess who was also our server. They have an enormous menu and it took us a while to decide. Waitress continued to check with us to see if we were ready to order. I had the Colorado Burrito which was tasty. Large portion and plenty for me to take home. Just had Inca for the first time today and it was pretty darn good. Not sure if it's the best Mexican restaurant in town, but it's on par with the places I've eaten at more often. (Azteca, Casa Chapala, 3 Margaritas, etc.) The servings are big. I had enchiladas and my friend had fajitas -- those smelled terrific. Service was good and fairly quick. Will definitely eat here again. This restaurant sits in a little strip mall in the parking lot of an Albertson's grocery store, so I never really paid it much attention. The atmosphere is nicer inside than you'd expect from the location, but it's not a huge restaurant by any means. read more

My first review of this place was 2-stars for doing something really tacky. Since then, we have been there about 30 times, and have found some great items, so I'm giving it a Do-Over. Their Super Mixed Nachos are the best deal in town - it's a huge platter of super cheesy nachos including shredded chicken, shredded beef, ground beef and beans for about $10. Can't beat it. Inca provided excellent service and a hole lotta food that sat nicely in the tummy. Hubby & I shared one of those mega plates... sin regrets. Also, when I say a hole lotta food, I do mean a lot: I think I was eating it for the next 3 lunches, but it was delicious so I hoped it lasted forever... at least until the botulism set in (joke). You say you like enchiladas? They have the best enchiladas I've ever eaten at any mexican restaurant. I've eaten a lot of enchiladas at a lot of mexican restaurants, because I love them! This place has the best sauce and the best cheese you'll find! As for the service, It is good. They leave you alone enough to enjoy your meal, you never have an empty glass, and if you do need something, you don't have to try hard to get some attention. I had high hopes after being served actually spicy salsa, seeing their interesting margarita selection, and perusing a large menu that includes fried cactus. I was disappointed. For $8, I was served about 1/2 cup of bagged salad (the Dole brand romaine mix, by the looks of it) in a cold tostada shell, with three slices of unripe tomato, 4 slices of flavorless avocado, and a pile of overdone chicken strips with "spices". Oh, and a fast-food packet of salad dressing. The "Fajita Salad" is ridiculously misnamed, overpriced, and utterly disappointing in flavor and presentation. Additionally, the service was absent. We were seated and our order taken by a very disinterested waitress, who proceeded to not check on us ONCE during our meal, and then be completely absent when we were finished. No joke, we had to go hunting around the restaurant and into the kitchen in order to find her so we could request our check and pay. There are better restaurants in the Tri Cities for you to spend your money at. read more

We stopped in this little town on our way from Corte d'Alene heading for Portland. WOW, it was hot. Record of 107! Not wanting to cook in our motorhome, we decided to go to Inca Mexican Restaurant because it was recommended by the RV campground's owners. An icy Margarita sounded great to help us cool down. Not only was the Margarita perfect, but I had The Best Carnitas I have ever had! I always order Carnitas because that serves as my judge for the quality of the food. Large chunks of pork cooked in a mild sauce to falling apart tender. The serving was quite large and I am looking forward to having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. My husband enjoyed his large plate of flautas and ended up with left-overs, This is unusual because he seldom leaves anything on his plate Located in a strip shopping mall, the restaurant is not at all appealing from the outside. But, step inside to charming Mexican decor, comfortable booths and a not-too-loud atmosphere. Service is polite and efficient. A nice find for us Northern California foodies. I normally have chicken enchiladas or chicken flautas when go to Mexican restaurants. Not this time. I couldn't find anything on the very extensive menu (perhaps I didn't look hard enough) that resembled what I wanted. So, I had Beef Tacos Carbon. The small cabbage salad that came with it was pretty good. And I got a small tablespoon of guacamole. Hard to find it under the cabbage salad. The rice was about what I would expect at any Mexican restaurant, not better, not worse. (I didn't order beans, don't care for them.) The tacos (three of them) were shredded beef wrapped in double layers of small flour tortillas. I couldn't figure out why two layers of taco shells were needed. One would have been ok. I came with a group of about 16 people, we didn't have a reservation. But they managed to get us in and set up two tables immediately, even though it was crowded. Thumbs up on that. Other than that, I wasn't impressed with the food. As another reviewer noted, I found the food kind of bland. Oh, and as is my custom on reviews of Mexican restaurants, I MUST comment on the salsa that came with the chips. My Mexican friends tell me that using tomato sauce in any Mexican recipe is an absolute NO NO! So, I have developed a finely tuned palate for this. The salsa definitely had tomato sauce. If you come here in an RV, you would have to park in the Albertsons grocery parking lot and walk over. read more
