We came to enjoy the $7.99 happy hour margaritas and grab dinner! The margaritas were okay- definitely tasted like a mix and tequila. Their main salsa wasn't my fav- very garlicky but the salsa bar was great and had lots of great options. We got table side guac which was fun and yummy. We also tried almost every salad on the menu and I was really impressed with the toppings and portion size. Overall the service was quick and everyone was friendly. The place was empty!! Appreciated being checked on frequently for refills and comfort . Restaurant also has a salsa bar with 4 to 5 different varieties of salsas. My son had the enchiladas with the chicken as his protein a little on the dry side My child had chicken strips and fries perfect amount serving . I ordered arroz con pollo... I ate here a few years ago and remember it being good (my wife still raves about their horchata). My review will be a bit different, because on this visit I was simply sent to pick up some tortillas for a family event. I arrived a few minutes early and was promptly greeted by a gentleman in a white shirt (I didn't catch his name). He let me know they were finishing the order. The "tortilla lady" was working on the corn tortillas and he would go help with the flour. Would I like a drink while I wait? In hindsight, turning down their horchata was foolish, but I suppose I'm a fool and just browsed the internet while they worked on it. In the end, the food took about 15 minutes longer than scheduled to finish. Once it was done, the gentleman brought it out with apologies for it taking a while. He added a good sized bag of chips as well as salsa and chimichurri. He also offered me a drink for the road and, once again, I proved my foolishness. My wife made sure I knew it when I told her and wasn't sipping on their horchata. Also, the tortillas were amazing. Lane was my server, and after 6 years in Tri-cities, he made me feel like I was back in Vegas. I am literally speechless on how he impacted my experience. God, one of my favorite restaurants, ever! Like.. EVER. I've been here a few times. FOOD - The Mega Burrito was HUGE and all the dishes I've tried are great. My girlfriend got the Pulled Pork Carnitas and it was perfect too! The meat, no matter what kind, is always juicy and tender. The food warms up good, considering the huge serving sizes. There is a complimentary salsa bar, and every single one was visibly fresh and tasted great. SERVICE - Always amazing! Our waitress was kind and very clear about any questions we had. We were seated right away and the food came out incredibly quick for a sit-down restaurant, especially keeping in mind that we came at a busy time. We had literally no complaints and the waitress was kind and grateful after receiving a decent tip. We were greeted walking in and walking out. AMBIANCE - The ambiance and environment in Fiesta is seriously the best. The lights aren't too harsh, the decorations are unique and fun, and the vibe overall stays one of a kind. OVERALL - There is genuinely nothing I would warn you about before going. The prices were good for how huge they were, I think both of our dishes together came out to a little under 40 dollars, plus drinks. Pre-Covid, Fiesta was among our "go-to" restaurants. The food was always good; the staff was pleasant and efficient. No complaints. For reasons, we haven't been there in years. We decided that it was way too long, and we went in for dinner. Sat in the bar. We've found that, usually, bartenders are good at juggling customers and drinks and orders. However, I have never before seen a bartender who was so determined to NOT serve us. He was pleasant to the folks seated at the bar. He came out to take drink and food orders from the table next us. Returned to check on them and cash them out. They came in far after us and we able to eat, pay, and leave long before us. I have no idea what he did not like about us. Had another young man not come on shift, we might never have been able to order. Mind you, the food was still great. However, this experience is probably going to put us off eating there again for years ... until we forget why we aren't anxious to return. read more

Our first visit to Fiesta's new location on Queensgate. This is the worse meal we have had at a Fiesta Mexican restaurant location in Tri Cities. The tortillas were soaked in oil that tasted old. The rice was oily & tasted like the tortilla shells. The chicken in mine tasted good. My husband had the steak he said tasted good. His tortillas were soaked in oil too. Neither of us could eat the rice. Fiesta has been our favorite Mexican restaurant in Tri Cities for years. We've eaten at their other locations many times. Both of us usually always order the three street tacos meal. Not sure what is going on at Queensgate location. We were seated as soon as we arrived by a very friendly lady. There were only five other booths with people. Four of the them were eating. A young man brought chips & salsa while the lady was still chatting with us. A different guy brought water. Our menus were closed & sitting on edge of table. A clear signal we were ready to order. Our waiter was chatting with the cooks and on computer. He delivered two of the booths bills and removing their plates. Walking past us several times without looking. We tried to get his attention. We waited almost twenty minutes for our waiter to take our order. Eventually he came and took our order. We told him that we wanted the table side fresh guacamole. The other locations bring the cart to your table & ask you how you want it prepared. The young man who had brought our chips & salsa was making the guacamole. We wish we would have asked for it when we were seated. He didn't bring the cart to our table. He came & asked what ingredients we wanted in it. Went back to the cart positioned by the front door entrance & made our guacamole. They charge $8.50 for table side guacamole & part of the experience is watching them make it. Our meals came out right after our guacamole was delivered. Would have been nice to have had our guacamole during our 20 minute wait. Our waiter never came back to see how our meals were or fill our water. The only time he returned was to bring our bill Management needs to go in & do more training for waiters & get the kitchen on track or this location won't last long. It's the only Mexican food in this area. That has been growing the last 5-10 years. There are about 10 restaurants on Queensgate with more going in. read more

I went with my family to this "Mexican" place. The food was horrible, the service was terrible as well. Our server was a short balding man and if you get him as a server, switch right away. He had an attitude the whole time and kept questioning our food choices and saying "really?" with a stink face. Instead of trying to work with us to get our orders right, he just put what he thought was right. Another thing, we ordered Asada fries and they were so ass. How do you mess up asada fries? Insane. The good: Love the new, revamped dining area. It is much more open and bright. Makes for a more pleasant, dining atmosphere. The food was so good. We had a California burrito, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and of course chips and salsa. The kids food was good, not your typical deep fried, from a bag chicken strips, but actually hand cut chicken breast that was breaded and fried. Salsa bar had a variety of very tasty salsas. Food service was prompt and the staff was pleasent and friendly. Improvements that could be made: Our food was dropped off quickly which was nice, but as the restaraunt got a little busy, it felt like we were totally forgotten by our server. We only got a refill on our drinks right as we were paying and getting ready to leave. I think this is something that can easily be improved, and our server was great other than that! read more

Love this place! The chips always come out fresh and are impossible not to eat. I think for the price and the speed of how quick the food comes out it is a sure winner. I come here often and know a fair amount of the staff and often feel at home but today the manager Felipe was extremely rude... it would be about the 3rd time that I encounter a negative experience when he is working. There were 4 people on our table and I helped my 87 year old by getting her a tortilla from the salsa bar after I helped myself to one when he came out to humiliate and embarrass me in front of the watching public about grabbing only 1 when I told him I was getting it for my grandmother. My desire to eat went away as he continued to humiliate me. I offered to pay for an order of tortillas and he kept on... this is awful and I can only hope he doesn't do treat other customers like this. read more

This place is fun. They have a nice little bar and a nice seating area. Near the dining area is a salsa bar where you can get warm tortillas and lather them with various salsas. There's a roving lady who makes Guacamole dips at your table if you want. The food selection is good, and I recommend either the Fish Tacos or the Tacos Al Carbon. Their Fajitas are OK, but not necessarily better than you can find elsewhere. The waitresses are cheerful, and it's a nice place to relax during happy hour and just snack. It's our goto place for Mexican Food even though it's 30 minutes from our house. Worth the drive. read more
