After being literally laughed at by multiple bridal alteration shops in the Cleveland area for the timeframe I needed my dress (2 months-which, yes, I realize IS a tight timeframe) Alterations Express in Strongsville, and specifically Suhad, came to the rescue and got it done in just a few weeks. Suhad was incredible, she made me feel totally confident throughout the entire process and made my wedding dress, which was my favorite dress I've ever seen- into my favorite dress I've ever worn. It was complicated, intricate lace detail, fringe and tassels- but I knew Suhad had it more than covered. She is a true professional who seems to genuinely loves what she does, and imparts that confidence and trust into her bridal customers. Then we left. We went to Men's Warehouse next and were astounded at the difference a little customer service can make. Phillip promptly helped us define our look and from there he coordinated our budget, the sizes of suits we needed for our wedding and did everything in his power to get us not only what we needed but a good deal. He made sure that instead of blindly putting in an order, he was able to fulfill it with the various sizes of men in our wedding party (which I've experienced before from past weddings!). He had a great eye for fashion and really helped gather together the suit, tie, shirt and other accessories that went well together. Both my fiance and I were very impressed by his professionalism and of course, the end result! Bonus - the entire suit, shirt, etc., all added up to much less than we'd expected to pay for just the suit. Job well done, Phillip, job well done!

Long wait to pick up a rental suit, above 30 Minutes with no update, no apology for the long wait,…read moreand standing there. Asked to pick up suit for rental and try on at home and refused any other options despite having 20 people standing around store. Also help the people in the rental line before having buying consultations for people who came after us. Sent us a text it was our turn after we got in the car and left and told us we had a long wait. Do better!

Really disheartening…read more Got my wedding dress steamed and pressed only. My mom picked up the dress yesterday and when she opened the bag at home, she called me crying. The dress has more wrinkles in it than when I dropped it off, they broke my garment bag zipper, and overall the dress is worse than when I initially dropped it off. I immediately drive into town to take a look as I live 2 hours away. My wedding is in just a few days. I call to see if I can speak to a manager and I'm told he won't be in until tomorrow. This morning, I bring in pictures of the dress and ask for my money back. The manager was extremely rude, his employee claims the bag was broke when I dropped it off, and says their work is professionally done. He then says I'm just trying to get my money back and he won't do that. First off, the bag was not broke when I dropped it off. That is when I knew I couldn't trust them. As you said, a garment bag is only $5 so why would you lie about this? You had safety pins to keep the bag closed. What women would drop off her wedding dress in a bag like that? Secondly, you claim these are "minor" issues and that you don't see a problem. You talked down to me. You didn't care your work was not to my satisfaction. I will not bring this dress back since this is the level of care you treated it with the first time around. My father was able to break through to the manager and he finally offers for us to bring the dress back tomorrow for them to fix it (not today, which he said is none of my business as to why they cannot handle this issue today). Keep the money, you'll need it if this is the level of customer service and quality of work you provide. I will gladly take my dress elsewhere and pay a rush fee so you do not touch my dress again.

I had about 8 shirts cleaned there. They put their tags on the bottom of each shirt, which poked…read moreholes in the shirts. They didn't even ask me if it was ok, before they put holes in my shirts. They also "tried" to clean another jersey and shirt of mine. When they couldn't get the stains out, they didn't offer any sort of refund or price deduction for those 2 items. Other shirts they "cleaned" had a weird sticky/dry feel. I'll never use this business again.
