I love mission from the hip hop atmosphere to the very polite staff members this place rocks. I recently just starting coming here again after the chaos over the winter. Big changes made as in more products. Mission always seems to always have the new strains first, before other dispensaries stock up. I travel the city going from dispensary to dispensary to see what it's like. Mission / herbal care center has what you need if you like to smoke new products. Steady line of new inventory every week for the most part. I've been to Windy City that place is garbage same strains same garbage over and over. I've been smoking a very long time and I have a high tolerance , so I don't like smoking the same strains. You get burnt out and I also have a disability just find these two places I mentioned here to help me get the relief I need to improvise through my disability. read more

As a recreational buyer I must say mission is the best dispensary in Chicago. I went in on a Thursday around 12pm and I was in and out in less than 10 min. The staff was extremely friendly and there was no dumb time limit or specific days you are allowed to buy as a recreational user. I can't say the same for other dispensaries in Chicago. I made a point to visit as many dispensaries. Mission by far, is the most organized, best stocked, and has the nicest staff, hands down. The prices are the most competitive in Chicago. Forget MOCA Sunnyside D33 and NuMed. Windy City is alright but they don't have the supply Mission has. Thanks for the great experience! read more

I'm a medical patient who came in for the first time specifically to buy myself a Puffco pro for my birthday (I know, very exciting). The woman who helped me was extremely friendly, and got so excited for me when she realized what I was there to pick up. She found every way to save me a few bucks, and did it with a smile. She was so incredible it really made my day, aside from getting a new toy. Dispensary was very secure, clean and quick. Would definitely recommend for any rec users or if you're a med patient looking to register somewhere new :) read more

This place is trash. Unprofessional budtenders and management, overly high prices for the same item you can get at another dispensary for way less. This place is ran like a personal hangout rather than a place to get your medicine. Also watch out for their bait and switch when you place an order online. Also they will have you sitting in the lobby waiting to make a purchase when it's no one in the dispensary stating they can't have more than 3 people in at a time, but if no ones in there why am I waiting over 10 minutes to walk in the place and make a purchase. Not the most friendliest dispensary. I came in and was told I was able to get discount, first I was told to bring in my pay stubs then I was told to bring in my W-2 forms once I brought it in my W-2 forms I asked about blacking out my social. I was told that I could not that the state needed to see my information when the state already has my information or I wouldn't have a card. so I advise anyone if you want a discount at this dispensary get ready to show all of your personal information. read more

I am a regular medical patient and this one time I went in, I made it at the last minute to get my order. I explained to the young lady Jhanay (as the name I was given by security) that I could not place my order and drive there. I told her I knew exactly what I wanted. I only wanted two items. I wasn't sure if I had enough to get one more of the second items. She acted as if the system was closed and I couldn't add to what I already had. She said there was no way she could add one more pre roll to my order. As she was telling me no, the security guard walked up to another worker and expressed he wanted to get his order in for his girl. He began to read the order from his phone to the worker so that they could get his order. I looked like so how is he placing an order? She gave me my receipt very rude and was actually g insensitive. I came from the south suburbs and I didn't want to make another trip all the way back just to get one item I couldn't add while I was already in the dispensary. Not only did I witness the security guard place his order after me, I was talking to another worker explaining that I couldn't add just one more item, she is at the counter telling me to have a good weekend and stating my name. I didn't respond I exited the building. On my way out the building I saw a guy hand one of the workers some cash as he locked the door he responded to the guy that gave him some cash "I got you." I am so very upset because it wasn't like I wanted to add a lot more items to my order, I wanted to add one more thing. I feel like the young lady was rude and insensitive knowing that I am a medical patient that struggles with coming into the dispensary due to chronic pain. I give her a low rating. I would have preferred to give zero stars because she was rude and she does not know how to display good customer service. I will be following up with a manager when I go back in or I just may call in tomorrow. read more
