There was no call or notice beforehand -- I only found out after showing up. After that, the shop rescheduled me to Christmas Eve, but when I arrived, the shop was not open. Again, there was no communication letting me know they would be closed. I understand shops get busy, especially around the holidays, but this was extremely poor communication and a complete disregard for a customer's time. This resulted in multiple wasted trips and forced me to take my business elsewhere. I can't speak to the quality of their repair work, but based on scheduling and communication alone, I would not recommend relying on appointments here.

I was so happy with my purchase my dog hiking friend and her husband went to Town Toyota to purchase their rig 2 days later. I should also mention that I was a woman looking at new rigs and never once did I feel that made any difference or that I should have had a man along to make sure everything was dealt with. I was given a printout that shows inspection of all of the fluids, brakes, etcetera. No one noticed that it's past due for the oil change and there's even a 'Dick Hannah' sticker on the windshield stating that an oil change was due 3/2026. The manager at Mike Wolfe Service -- Frank V. -- didn't hesitate to squeeze me in the same afternoon as I called despite the fact that the shop already had multiple other jobs going. Then he hardly charged me anything. I am grateful to have been able to hit the road the next day 100% road-worthy. Also, they are across the street from Stan's Merry Mart, and next door to Keyhole Security, both of which are also very good businesses, so you can get other errands done while you wait.

Mike Wolfe got us in same day which has been extremely rare, so for that small deed we were thankful. They needed to replace a part which they were able to obtain in one day and fixed our leak for a great price. These people are honest and great advisors for your vehicle. I wish they were back home for us so we could make this our permanent shop
