All the repair centers were so busy they could not even help with a tow much less a look at the truck for 4 days. After calling all around Luis said the shop was busy but would take a quick look if I could get the truck to the shop. I wrangled the truck to the shop. A quick look amounted to a filter clean or change (my choice) and a mass O2 sensor clean. Luis admitted that was not the best option but was willing to try given my limited options. He said if I tested the truck and it broke down they would come for a tow. With no shutdowns in 30 mins of testing I took off down the road for the cost of the a new filter and 30 minutes of service (at my prompting). Luis at this shop was extremely helpful and is willing to prioritize a quick-look which saved me a whole lot of time! Luis even made sure I had the number to a tow service before I left. That is service! Do not overlook this shop. I am not sure why the shop has a skull design as I did not feel death approaching while I was there, but maybe it is because the shop recognizes that for most of us death is most close not from ISIS or a shark attack or Ebola but from the practice of driving down the road.

Upon receipt of the truck, the vehicle still idled high. Took taking to a separate company to have it rectified. I brought my vehicle back, giving another chance to a local shop, this time with an exhaust leak and they charged me 100 more than originally quoted, (not the end of the world had the repair actually fixed the issue). They were also an hour and a half past when they stated they open getting to the shop, leaving me just waiting, then took all day with the job they said would take about 2 hours, I use this truck for service calls. The repair they did also didn't fix the leak. I attempted to give them a final chance at swapping out a wheel bearing (fairly simple job). Came by, tech in the shop told me to swing back by shortly and the other guy who was out test driving would get it done. This tech also asked if the bearing I had purchased to provide (Napa Fleet) was for the left or right, in my truck they are interchangeable in the front, which confirmed my suspicion of a somewhat lack of knowledge or experience related to my vehicle. Upon return they told me that I could leave the vehicle and they would get it done the following day. I understand having to schedule out which is typical, but to say you're going to do something and then change your mind a half hour later is bad practice. I've made getting the work done on my vehicle as easy as possible for them and in the end, nothing has really been fixed. I cannot recommend this shop anymore. Honesty and integrity are number one.
