Update: After reading the reply from the individual who works there, I stand by my review. The employee is incorrect about the incident; as the case with show, it was not a police chase or an eluding charge. It was an unmarked car who pulled into my lane directly at my motorcycle which I accelerated out of the way for and then pulled over when realizing it was an officer. The manner in which I operated the motorcycle makes zero effect on the condition as there was no crash, and I have been riding motorcycles for 27 years. Also, I built that motorcycle from the frame-up and know every inch of it in detail. It is a $30,000 motorcycle, not some beat up Suzuki owned by someone trying to pull one over on the tow company for flimsy reasons. read more

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Horrible customer service. I was laughed at when I came to pay a $550 fee for having my truck towed from Lake Wenatchee to their trailer trash lot. Due to severely icy conditions in my driveway, the truck was unable to make it up the slope and was tagged next to my driveway. I'm 7 months pregnant and sick, and was stuck in my house for the past three days. I didn't see the truck was tagged because I have been home for three days taking care of myself and have already fallen multiple times on the ice this year. After seeing my truck being towed by Jaegers, my brother drove me to Cashmere to pick it up. Immediately when we walked in to pay, Jason was loudly saying how he hates people and complained about customers. I had been crying, and very upset about the fee. He asked me what was wrong with my vehicle and I said I couldn't drive it up the icy driveway. I was sick, pregnant etc. He said it was parked in the street, which it wasn't, it was parked in an icy patch next to my driveway. He scoffed and ignored my reasoning for not taking it into my driveway. After giving them most of my paycheck to pay the fee, Krissy asked Jason to take me to the lot. He responded, "I just sat down and I'm dealing with something else now." I responded with "Well I just paid $550 to get my van out, so can someone take me to it?!" He says, "oh just calm down, it's being handled." So not only did he mock my misfortune, he talked down to me as if I was being unreasonable! He was literally so lazy he couldn't get up to do his job and lead me to my vehicle. The other guy in the room was kind enough to lead me to the lot and even apologized for his coworkers "shitty attitude" saying he's going to get an earful from his boss and shifts switched to earlier times. Use ANY OTHER TOW COMPANY if you want a decent experience. Overall, it was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional and disrespectful. "WHEN I GIVE YOU AN ORDER, YOU DO IT AND DON'T ASK QUESTIONS!" ***PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING Unbelievably horrible experience. Called for towing at midnight and the driver (a sad little man with the worst Napoleon complex I've ever seen) came an hour later. He pulled over and IMMEDIATELY started yelling at us from his truck to move our vehicle. I asked why he was yelling at us and he yelled in my face (and my nephew recorded all of it...) "when I give you an order, you do it and don't ask questions!" I said "wow, you don't have great people skills do you?" And he responded, "I'm a retired police officer!" The little guy then told me I could go find another tow service and left us sitting out there in the middle of nowhere with a broken vehicle. Our car then got broken into over night and we had to wait another day for another company to tow us. It was so bad we will be filing suit to recover the repairs for the break in. We needed a quick tow into Leavenworth to have our serpentine belt fixed in the morning. Andrew, our tow tech, was very friendly and knowledgeable about cars. He helped us figure out what was wrong and put us at better ease. And he even drove us to our hotel. Wonderful service! read more

This is a never again use towing service for me! I needed some things moved on my land total distance about 100 feet. A fifth wheel which has a gooseneck connector and a small 18 foot trail trailer. The job as my foreman stated should have been a cakewalk and not taken more than an hour to finish the job, not 3 hours! Here is the break down; he comes to the job site and then has to leave to get the right fitting for the fifth wheel, while on my clock. Then when he gets back and moves the 28' 5th Wheel; with all the cinder block and 4"x 4"x 8' available on the job-site; he decides to use a flimsy 2" X 4" x 8' to level out the fifth wheel. After he leaves the job site (after charging me for 3 hours) an hour later the flimsy board he used snaps and leaves my 5th wheel leaning to the side. When it comes to moving a little 18' trailer my guys had to help him change his ball rig because the tow driver didn't have a crescent wrench. When it was all said and done it cost me over $500 and the cost for my workers to help him do his job. There is no explanation coming from the tow company I want to hear, when I'm paying this much for sub standard service! read more

Great experience with jaegers ! Had a 32 foot 4 place enclosed snowmobiles trailer loose both left side wheels at 7 am, called jaegers and doyle and Daniel had the trailer loaded on there truck within 15 minutes ! We were very impressed with how quickly it was done and how knowledgeable the drivers were. They were also the only tow truck company to answer the phone , called 3 others no answer , they where happy to help and again very good at there job . Would recommend to everyone . At 7:30 pm... on a Saturday, I spoke with Brandon. He quoted me a reasonable price to tow my daughters car and was onsite, as estimated, within 30 minutes. Once Brandon dropped my daughters car at the mechanics shop...he invoiced her for the exact amount, and not one penny more than he'd quoted. Then, he called to let me know, "All went well and my daughter was safe and sound!" That is an unheard of level of service!!! (My daughter didn't call... argh!) I guess they are fine if you just need a jump start. However, if you told AAA that you needed to actually get towed home, and explained that the car will not actually start, you will need to wait for the next guy, from a different company, who can actually help you. The main issue seemed to be that my wife needed to go all the way to Chelan. Heaven forbid! The fact that this was explained to them that she is a cancer patient undergoing chemo made zero difference to the driver, off he went. Pretty lame all around. read more

Wow, I can't say enough good things about Jaeger's Towing!! The owner sent his own spare tire to help but my husband gave him the wrong wheel size (bad husband!), so the driver had to load our boat and trailer up on his truck. I still can't believe how he got boat and trailer on there! It was amazing to watch.
