I would strongly advise women to be careful at this tire shop. My girl and I came in for a replacement tire after hers went flat. I personally spoke with the main worker and was clearly quoted $130 for the tire. We agreed and waited in the car while they changed it. While we were sitting there, another older employee arrived and called my girl inside to pay. Because our windows are heavily tinted, he likely didn't see that I was in the car with her and assumed she was alone. Once inside, he told her the price was $190, claiming they didn't have any used tires. When she told him she was quoted $130 for a new tire, he dismissed her and said, "little lady, the price is $190." That's when she came and got me. When I confronted the first worker who quoted $130, he confirmed that was the correct price. Only after I challenged them did the excuses begin -- "mixing up cars," "just came in to work," etc. None of it made sense. The price magically went back to $130 once I stepped in. In fact, the older man suddenly became apologetic and even knocked off $10, charging us $120 "for the mistake." Let's be honest -- that wasn't a mistake. The price only changed when a man started questioning it. If my girl had been there alone, she would have been charged $190 without hesitation. Women should not have to bring a man with them to avoid being overcharged. This felt like a clear attempt to take advantage of a young woman, and that's unacceptable. Be cautious. Get quotes in writing. And if you're a woman going alone, be aware of what you're being told and don't be afraid to question it. We won't be back. read more

Awful business, they just take your money and run. So you should too. They charged me $1000 more than they quoted originally, and did a poor job. I asked for help and they basically laughed in my face. Told me it was out of warranty. Despite having an oil leak immediately after they "repaired" my vehicle, the warranty didnt reset. I have used and trusted Mission Tire for many years BUT I had a nail in my tire and told George I drive to Hemet via Ramona Expressway for work... important that I am safe $10. Leaking air I go back I'm told I need a valve stem charged another 5 bucks. Still having to put air every 3 to 4 days usually at night in Hemet. Finally took the car to America's Tires and guess what... the nail was still in my tire! No plug was found and didn't look like a new valve stem! Not only pist... but after years of doing business with Mission Tire in Rubidoux they demonstrated NO regard for my safety or the safety of other drivers I will NEVER REFER OR TRUST MISSION TIRE. read more

These guys are not that great anymore. Since 2010, I would buy my tires for my BMW here and not only were they cheaper than competitors, but they were fast too. I had been going to these guys for the past 8 years and they were great until 2018. Now it must be new owners. I tried to get new tires and the guy tried to over charge for two tires--Okay, fine. I go ahead and decided to order the tires for the next day as I didn't want to search for another tire shop. I call back the next day and someone else answers the phone. I tell him about my tires. He sounded confused so he asked his other coworker. In the background, I hear the guy that I called the day before lie and say he didn't order the tires because "he wasn't sure if I was going to come in." A complete lie as I told him I was going to come in and get the tires installed the next day. Unacceptable. I went somewhere else for my tires. read more

Bought a tire from them on a Tuesday, and that Saturday I got a blowout on the same tire. When I put the spare on and looked at the tire I purchased it was dated to expire 2011. I should've checked the tire prior to purchasing it, but at the same time they shouldn't have sold it to me or had it in stock for that matter. They should have disposed of it years ago. This place is a rip off!!! We took our BMW to get a radiator hose replaced because it was leaking. George replaced the radiator hose and charged us 460.00 and then told us that the car had a blown head gasket. We drove the car home about 5 miles and by the time we got home the car was doing the same thing it was before it went to the shop. In addition they broke my key in half and blamed it on another customer. When I called to ask about them replacing the key and the work not be done correctly George told me to speak with Alex because he is the owner. He also told me he did not care if I took him to small claims court. So I will be!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I wouldn't recommend them to work in my sons power wheel.
