Price Tire is a great local shop. Spoke with Charlie and he was able to bring in a set of 37x12.5 Toyo M/T's at a great price. Watching them mount these tires on special wheels, they were very meticulous and careful to not scratch / damage the finish of my wheels. Pricing on tires and labor is worth the work they offer. I've seen this place so many times and have never needed to stop by here. I had an unexpected flat tire due to a piece of metal. My dad was able to put a plug in it so we didn't have to put a spare on and take it to America's Tires. Well because I didn't buy the tires there and my dad had did something already, they have a policy where they weren't able to help us. So luckily price tires was able to help us! I didn't do business here, however, my car's power steering went out on the freeway and this was the first place I could get off the road. The men here were true gentlemen! When I was trying to walk into the office,ni tripped and fell flat on my face. They helped me up and made sure I was OK. They let me wait for AAA in their waiting room, brought my dog and me water and we're just generally nice guys. Employees have excellent customer service however the owner was disrespectful, rude and used no manners clearly has no customer service. I had to meet an employee there to pay mounting 12 tires. I needed a pen to sign the receipt his employee asked him for it, he literally threw the pen in the opposite direction of his employee. Then threw something short of the gentleman delivering tires to his facility, and told to move out. The owner made me feel as he belittled people that came to his establishment. His facial expressions expressed it all. I will not pay for to miss treated. I gave the establishment 2 stars, those stars are for the employees. However as for the owner it deserves none! read more

I've been buying tires from Dave for over 20 years. Yes, he can be gruff at times. Yes, you'll pay less for tires. No, you won't get a latte or wheat germ smoothie. No, he won't put on a marginal used tire that you brought with you or "stretch" one to fit your rim, imagine the liability if it failed while driving on the freeway etc... He does know tires though, and with a 3 man crew including himself, his overhead is low, and with his long-standing connections to the major tire distributors of the area he can react quickly when they are offering special deals on overstock and closeouts that other stores can't due to the bureaucracy and multiple levels of management approval needed, so they'll call him first with the deals which he then passes onto his customers. read more
