Doctors are great, front desk staff is rude. I was told bring your child back in two months for vaccination and prescription refill if it works. Went back, appointment only for vaccination, front desk said it was my fault for not scheduling the appointment correctly, excuse me but the appointment was given to me under assumption it was for both per conversation with doctor. No apologies instead said it was just my fault and need new appointment, I informed her I had to take day off, could I get virtual, she said no, virtual not allowed. I have had virtual in past. They never answer the phone and even when you leave a voicemail, you never receive a callback and not to mention, I went there repeatedly to try and figure out my medical issues for about 3-4 years and it was ignored every time and I was told it was all in my head rather than getting any tests done. If I did end up getting any tests it was due to constantly asking and standing up for myself if not nothing would be done. read more

I just moved to the area from San Diego and was looking for a new doctor for my girls. The doctors are actually really amazing, friendly and informative. Though I really wish they would pass that onto their staff. The older women working were friendly , however all their younger staff were SO RUDE. All of them had an attitude and acted like they had somewhere better to be. (Get a new job if you're unhappy) The girl who came in to do my daughters vaccines hardly looked me in the face , never smiled or spoke a word to my child to try and make the experience less cold and frightening. YOU WORK IN A PEDIATRICIAN'S OFFICE , you need to smile and talk to the kids and make coming to the doctor a better experience. I recently brought my 18month in for some shots. As I was saying the girl who did her vaccines was extremely rude and she was SO ROUGH. My daughter has a huge lump and mark on her leg from one of the vaccines. I'm not sure what happened... if the girl didn't do it properly? They said it's a normal reaction but in 6 years of going to the doctor for vaccines with both kids, I've NEVER seen that. Keep in mind, most of the time, people only feel compelled to write negative reviews for everything. ANYWAYS, I was seen at this medical office since I was born and then I started taking my daughter here when she was born. They're always very thorough and make sure to get to the bottom of whatever the illness is. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is because yes, it is hard to get a parking spot, and yes, it is hard to get a receptionist on the phone with the new automated system, but I recommend this medical group. I absolutely love the office in Redlands. I'm very particular about who my son's doctors are because he had a rough birth. My mom is retired from the health care industry so she is hyper critical as well. We both are so happy we found this place. Claudia at the front desk is so sweet every time both in person and over the phone. She is always helpful and attentive. Dr Watson is just amazing. My son has seen so many different pediatricians thru different medical groups and Dr Watson is by far the best! His visits are always personable and you never feel like just another number. He's a great listener and genuinely cares about everyone including the parents. I am so blessed my son has him for a pediatrician. His passion is so clearly evident, just look at the way the office is decorated! So I've been taking my daughter to this place since she was born. Dr. Watson and Dr. Agas are pretty good but the other doctor (Dr. Mustafa-Infante) is a different story. She doesn't listen and just talks over you because she think she's right about everything. The last visit I took my daughter to, mustafa just flat out made it like it was my fault for not having a copy of my daughter's allergy results and not asking for a prescription of an epi-pin. (The last doctor who saw my daughter never gave me a copy and never prescribed her anything). Then mustafa continued to be rude to me and just walked out...apparently the appointment was over. This review does NOT reflect all the doctors of this office. Dr. Watson is an amazing doctor. However, the front office staff is nothing but incompetent and lazy. I switched my daughters doctors office because of them.. a year later they STILL have not sent over her chart to the new dr. Every time i have called for it, they complain and are very bitchy about it. I have signed the form to have it released 3 times. I went in to pay and pick up a new immunization card. The receptionist had the audacity to tell me "we sent over the chart, why can't you get it from the new doctor." Also, I don't remember what the doctors name was but she wanted to wait a month to put a cast on my daughter when she broke her arm. The policies and employees should seriously be rethought. read more

This office use to be my favorite, I have been going here since my older kids were babies With Dr. Gonzales they are now in their mid 20's. I was not sure I was going to stay with them after Dr. T. Watson took over. He turned out to be Awesome! He also see's my Grandkids now. HOWEVER ever since he spends most of his time at other offices THIS location has went went down the hill with their customer service. I can't even blame it on the doctors because it's not their job to answer phones check voicemail messages or call back Parents that is in need of assistance or refills. I have literally called over 20 times in one day and no one answers the phone. I have also called in the parking lot as well as in the office once I walked in and to my surprise EVERY ringer out of three phones in the main office volumes were off. All you can see is the red light blinking on the phones. I even took a picture of me calling and the phone was literally just blinking And out of three front office staff sitting there no one even look at the phone to pick it up. Since Covid I don't know what happened but horrible horrible horrible customer service with the front office staff. If you need something you're going to have to go in especially for refills on important medication such as asthma, ADHD and things like that. read more

Clinic staff almost never returns call. My daughter has an appointment but the authorization has expired. Mission Pediatric staff never calls back, after 4 messages from the other clinic needing the authorization, the staff even asked me if I can call Mission Pediatrics. I did, always a voicemail. I even told them about the poor service when it comes to returning call. I am glad we are leaving this provider. The doctors, PAs and NPs are great, the staff are great when you are there. But customer service when you need something is the worst. I don't know if Dr. Watson is reading this. But anyway, I am glad I am getting Kaiser now. Dr. Agas is great. The staff and doctors are extremely inconsiderate of the fact That they are working with children and that children loose there patience within 20 min. I never had problems with customer service and Doctor Lee was excellent over the phone for visits due to COVID. We are switching providers ONLY because our insurance is changing. read more

Best Doctors office I have been to it's very clean also looks like a cabin in a National Park with the theming and funny videos playing on a tv to entertain. Doctor Watson is extremely professional with our sons care but so funny you'll forget that you're at the doctors office.
